I didn't read their return policy. I still haven't. I was told what it was when I called to return the stool. The stool cost $40 shipping free. The wheels on this stool won't work on hardwood floor. To use it would scratch my floors. I couldn't use it as I have all hardwood floors. It told no where in their online ad about the wheels only suitable for carpeting. After I put the chair together I couldn't dissasemble it into the small box because 3 parts wouldn't disengage. My options were to put in a larger box. I was told I would have to pay the return delivery and restocking fees. That would put me out a lot of money. I wanted to exchange it for a Brewer's Exam chair advertised shipping free, but because it was being done on an exchange they wanted me to also pay shipping for this new stool anyway plus the shipping and re-stocking on the tractor seat stool I needed to return. After I tallied my losses up I didn't order an exchange stool and after I found out my return delivery costs and their re-stocking charge and if they chose to if they tought anything was wrong with the returned stool they would give me no money back and keep the stool on the stool I needed to return. Even if they have good products and initial delivery it isn't worth the risk ordering or doing business with them. I will never order fom them or any online store that has these kind of return pollicies on problem merchandise. I think it is their fault I ordered this stool because they should have advertised the wheels were only suitable for carpeted floors. I never learned that from them. I learned that from researching furniture casters when I didn't understand why they wouldn't roll. I didn't understand why the wheels wouldn't roll and whey they scratched my nice floors. I am giving the tractor stool to a friend with carpeting. I am out $40 and no stool. I ordered another stool from another vendor with a complete satisfaction guaranteed return policy. So I paid BizChair $40 for a stool I couldn't keep and couldn't return without unreasonable financial punishment.

I had to call to confirm a shipping price that was 50% of my original purchase price(took a week or so for bizchair to leave the message). Money was taken out of my account promptly, however. Called back after 2 more weeks and product had still not been shipped. Finally received product after 20 days. Tried to send an email to customer service that was returned as undeliverable. Frustrating.

The chairs I got look very cheap and when I built them they stay all wobbly. When I called to return them thet told me I could not but I can order an extra piece. I want a different chair not another piece for the same chair.

I don't know if my complaint is with this merchant, or with the manufacturer. I received the order fairly quickly about a week ago, but I received the wrong chairs, with the shipper as my witness, so I refused delivery. They still haven't given me any indication of whether the right order is on its way. It seems like good business that, if a company makes a mistake, they very quickly resolve it for the customer, rather than leaving them wondering.
