Found what I wanted.
I expected to have to wait several weeks for the chairs, but had the chairs in a little over a week.
Company and truck driver communicated with me on time of delivery so I could be there and not have to wait all day.
Truck driver was wonderful.

Order placed over one month ago. Item damaged and returned 2 weeks ago. BizChair will not respond to my Emails about the status of the order - new item to be shipped or credit to my credit card? Customer service on phone impossible - I spent 2 hours on hold listening to how important my call was - maybe not that important. After a month, I do not have the item ordered, I do not have my money, and I do not have a business that will respont to my questions.

Excellent - quick and easy - found the product at a discount - not only good for office furniture - I am having mobility problems at the moment and I have used the chair to help clean and vacuum my home.
