Outstanding customer service and great communication.  They were quick to ship sample patches.  The ordering online is easy.  The blinds arrived quickly and in good condition.  When one of the blinds (of the 10 we have ordered) had a problem they immediately shipped a new one.  I would recommend this company to anyone.

Actually, I can't think of any significant changes that are needed. I have used Blinds.com for a few different orders and intend to order more in the near future (when there's another good special offer). I have needed phone assistance to have  damaged parts replaced or just to get advice, and everyone I have spoken to has been very nice and helpful.

I was very disappointed with Blinds.com.  We ordered roller blinds from blinds.com, and upon arrival half of our blinds came 1/4" too short.  When I contacted them about it, they asked for the measurements.  Then they asked that I post them photos measuring the blinds.  Then they asked that I ship the blinds back to be "repaired."   But given that the blinds were too short already, I don't know how they would be repaired. When they were shipped back, they were an additional 1/4" too short!  When I expressed dissatisfaction with their service they asked us to ship the blinds back again! 

Another blinds company would have just remade the blinds to begin with, and shipped them to us, no questions asked.  Beware ordering from Blinds.com.  I would recommend paying a little more and ordering from one of their competitors--one of my friends did and had no problems.

I am on my 2nd set of blinds. I looked around at the other "stores" and found pretty much the same product at about double to triple the cost. My order with Blinds.com was at my doorstep each time in about a week. I not only saved time, but also money, and delivered right to my door. I will be ordering again when the time comes. Thanks for making everything so easy.. ONLINE!!!

The website was easy to navigate and to use, the products are exactly as advertised, and when I needed extra help (not because of any lack on the website, but because of my own lack of experience with color matching, etc.), I received help above and beyond anything I expected. Delivery was a little EARLIER than I expected!

All in all, it was one of the very best web experiences I’ve had, and I’ve had quite a few of them.

I was skeptical, even though my brother had already used them. My frequent calls with questions (I was nervous) were always handled in a friendly way. Even so, I only ordered 1 wood blind at first; and once I was satisfied I ordered the other 7. Got the Blinds.com house brand, and so far so good. I'm relieved and VERY satisfied.

Your service has been great - the blinds are perfect and easy to install. I want to send you a few pictures of a few of the colored blinds and how they make the rooms go from "nice" to "wow"! I have been doing most of the work on my own extreme makeover for the past 1.5 years turning a 1 bed 1 bath into a 3 bed 2 bath. All of my 12 windows are wearing your blinds. The money I saved was amazing. Thanks and I will try to send pictures soon.

Delivery speed wasn't quite as fast as I had hoped, but they were responsive when I called to inquire about it and rectified the situation promptly. The product itself was attractive, appeared to be of good quality, and was easy to install. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I ordered some faux wood shutters from blinds.com since that is what they recommended for a bathroom and I received a PLASTIC (shiny) shutter. I sent customer service two emails with no response until I returned the shutter. There response was that they couldn't do anything, and that I wouldn't win on my credit card dispute; this is what I ordered and they didn't care. This is the ugliest shutter I have ever seen and it is very hard to believe that Hunter Douglas would make a plastic shutter. I have ordered Hunter Douglas blinds for years, but this isn't resolved I will never order another Hunter Douglas blind again. If you order from blinds.com you better hope that you don't have problems because the customer service is very, very poor. They obviously do not care about repeat business.

I would not change anything! You offer a great product and we will be using blinds.com to replace the rest of our blinds in the near future.

Overall I've been quite satisfied with my experience with blinds.com.
The ordering process was easy, the blind arrived quickly and as
expected, and fit perfectly. Even installing it myself went well. My only
problem, and this is probably my fault for not thinking it through, is
that the blind is so long, that when I raise and lower it it feels
unstable.
Almost as if it is too heavy for the cord. I should have paid the
extra money for continuous cord loop I think. Live and learn I guess.
I'll certainly know better next time.

Horrible and rude customer service.  Ordered from them 2 1/2 months ago and still have not received my order.  They haven't even shipped it yet!  Says the "manufacturer" is back ordered and will ship soon.  Yeah, sure.  Takes this long to make basic roller shades?  The site says 5-7 working days for shipment.  Well I guess that means 3 months.  Don't do business with this company.

I recently had to put blinds in 23 windows in a new condominium. I reviewed several sites in the process. Blinds.com had gave me the best information and the best product for the price. The blinds arrived right on time with all the necessary hardware and instructions. All the measurements and counts were correct making my job of installation easy - finished in about 2 hours - and they look great. I would definitely do business with them again.

The blinds were super easy to order and they arrived in just a few days-in time to complete my kitchen for Thanksgiving. They look great , were easy to install and the price was fantastic!!

You company did everything perfect, I have no complaints or suggestions other than not to change anything at all. Your website is very easy to navigate and prices for all items are easy to find. Bob
