Awful, stressful experience, lousy customer service

It took 11 days to get the camera.They sent the wrong one. I was put on hold for one hour, then disconnected before reaching customer service. I made multiple attempts and hours of time before reaching customer service. Was told to send camera back and I would be reimbursed for shipping charges. Never was reimbursed. They do not respond to emails.

Called to place an order and ask a couple of questions, was told i could place the order but i had to call customer service to ask any questions, told him it was just two simple questions, he said hold on, 5 minutes later i hung up. would not do business with a firm like this, what if i had a real problem or questions

I just wanted let you know that I am very pleased with the quality of service I received with Blue Switch Digital. Manny who helped me was very helpful and pleasant to work with. I was in need of a camera very quickly to take pictures of my new granddaughter before I left to go back home, and he was very helpful in getting it to me overnight, and he did. Ordered 2 Nikon Coolpiks 3200s as Christmas gifts. The price was right, including free shipping, and no high pressure sales tactics in the confirmation call. Cameras were received earlier than promised! Their phone rep was polite and helpful. This was completely opposite the bad experiences I had with Starlight Camera and Best choice Digital.

I was very pleased with their customer service. They shipped my Sony DSC-T33 as they had promised. Originally there was a slight delay in shipping my merchandise due to upgrading their shipment center. They not only had the best price for my digital camera but they were very accommodating. And best of all they upgraded my Sony to a more expensive and better looking camera at no extra cost. Thanks Blue Switch Digital.

I recently bought a digital camera from them and the experience was excellent. The young man that I spoke to on the phone was very nice and very helpful. I only wish they would NOT push the extended warranties. I ordered the camera on it arrived on Wednesday. I was shocked at how fast the service was and how easy I could track its progress to my home.

I tried my best to place an order for Canon PowerShot SD300 on the phone. First, I spent about 5 min on the waiting line. Then the sales person collected all the information about the order, but the credit card number, then he just said that I have to wait a minute (without asking an apology or asking if it is ok with me, which is rude...) and put me back on hold for 10 minutes, after which I've been disconnected. I value my time, and 20 min is a lot, and I don't want to waste it again with this merchant. Sorry....

Speed of delivery was superb. I was worried whether camcorder would show up by Christmas. I ordered on 12/21 and it came by Fedex on 12/22. The telephone sales person was extremely helpful. I purchased it as a gift so I haven't tried it out but the service and purchase experience was top-notch.

I ordered an extra battery for my digital camera when I spoke to the sales person KEN he said I will give you Sony battery for 99.99 Sony NP-FR1 Info Lithium Battery which is 129.00 in the market. But when I opened box I got other brand which may be much cheaper in the market. They cheat on the Accessories. Be careful.
They work with you but they waste your time.
They take the orders with out having the stock and they will keep you waiting. I canceled my order after waited for one week just to ship from them.

I ordered a canon eos digital rebel from blue switch and was very happy with the service. price was best i could find. website clear and generally easy to navigate. the initial contact i had by phone was quite pleasant and polite. the followup call i had to make to confirm my online order was a little annoying because it was obvious that it was primarily an attempt to get me to buy accessories etc that i didn't want. the fellow i spoke to was a little pushy but maintained his cordiality through all my rejection of his offers. camera arrived quickly after that. all in all, i would order from blue switch again no hesitation.

Scam & Liars 5% cancellation $200

TERRIBLE. The worst of the worst. They won't let you get away without buying warranty and other stuff. I give them 0 out of 100. The worst bar-none because they charge more after making the order. $700 camera will land you $1000 in the hole. Mark, Stevie..it does not matter who they are. They will not help you. 5% cancellation charge means they make $45 dollars of of me if I cancel it or $200 loss on my part for paying too much. I am so Frustrated right now. I have made complaints to my usual organizations and watch groups. These guys got to get shut down to prevent people from getting scammed.
