I was skeptical at first. Price seem too good. I called all other stores w/ cheaper or same price and they were all scams - either out of stock or just rude. Blue switch was direct. They did try to cross sell accessories. I ordered a Sony dvd101 and paid extra for 2 day delivery. I received a confirmation email telling me to call in to confirm the order. I did and they confirmed my credit card and such. Confirmed my purchase - making sure I got a new (not refurbished) model made in Japan (not China). Salesman did try to sell me accessories, a bit zealous, but not pushy. The order was shipped and received as promised. I had to call in to get the FedEx tracking number. Overall, it was a good experience and I will buy again from them. In fact, several of my friends are going to buy from them.
I was a little apprehensive about ordering from Blue Switch Digital b/c of 0 reviews,I purchased a digital camera . Everything went very well. Got the standard followup phone call to buy accessories, but the salesman was real polite and took no thank you real well. 24 hours later got the trucking #. Overall, a good experience. Everything worked great, they are not one of these highpressure camera shops out of Brooklyn. I did have to do a phone confirmation which seems silly with internet ordering but it seems all these electronic shops require it. And although they mentioned them, they did not give me the hard sell on accessories. They also did not try to switch it with a non-US camera without warranty. Because of a Jewish holiday, there was a question as to whether I would receive it within the 10 business days promised, I explained that I had a flight on that very day (the 10th business day from my order), so they upgraded my shipping at no cost as they were worried I might not receive it in time. Customer service was very good

To begin with I'd like to say I am always skeptical, especially when I buy something "sight unseen". These people deliver exactly what they imply. In the world of competitive pricing, its the unique combination of price and customer service that is undeniably irreplaceable. Zach answered all my anal questioning with patience,respect (even though he educated me on the item of interest) intelligent answers and all with a friendly attitude. He offered me a deal that was unmatchable. Even the shipping was fast!He represented his employer admirably. Good business all around! Thank you Zach and Blue Switch Digital! Customer service - Excellent. Both Mark and Manny were extremely helpful in answering any questions I had the day before I placed my order, and they were both very polite!
