I received the Fuji E550 I ordered today. It was exactly as described and worked perfectly right out of the box. I was a little hesitant about ordering from you so I tried to call but got no answer, but after reading your customers comments about how satisfied they were, I took a chance anyway. I ordered on your website and received a confirmation call back within a half hour and an email apology for the phone not working. The next day I received an email confirmation of shipping and a FedEx tracking number. The camera arrived on the day FedEx said it would. Your price and service were excellent and I will definitely tell my friends and order from you again!

Camera became defective after less than six months and their return policy does not honor one year warranty. Have to now deal directly w/manufacturer to try and get camera replaced.

WARNING!!! You might get cheaper, but the bricks and mortar store in your home town will take it back!

I learned this sad fact after I bought/returned camera to local store and fell for buying this thru blue switch digital cheaper.

Well, for the reviews I read about this company, I wasn't sure. In fact, I accidently placed an order for Canon A85 @11/7 evening with free shipping! Called right after to an 800 number to "speed up" shipment. Well, just wanted to sell me some accessories which I declined. Then I realized I ordered from a wrong website. But decided to give it a try.
Card charged 11/8. On 11/9 received shipment confirmation e-mail for ground shipping sent 11/8 with FedEx tracking #. Estimated on 11/11. Yes, it arrived this morning!

First time buyer using an on-line store. From the beginning (ordering my Olympus c765) to shipping to receipt, everything was perfect. I shopped numerous web sites and found the best price with zero shipping charges. Blueswitch Digital sent me an email with a quick link to my shipping information and within 4 business days of my order I received my camera equipment brand new in perfect condition as advertised.

My shopping experience with Blue switch digital was fantastic. I ordered my Nikon Coolpix 3700 for a great price and I was asked if I needed accessories to add with the order. Incidentally I had all the accessories because I owned a similar camera before it was stolen. These folks offer unbeatable deals on the Internet and they are in the business to make money just like anybody. I recommend you give em a chance to prove themselves.
My camera was shipped free in addition the salesman gave me free of charge expedited delivery and the camera arrived in 2 business days.

Products they say are in stock are not. Shipping times are not met. Will work with you to correct problems and very nice about it, but they need to be more organized. Need more communication between their shipping and stocking departments.

Blue Switch Digital is practicing "Bait and Switch". While the price of a Canon PowerShot A75 digital camera is listed at $167 a several shopper sites, their site lists it at $179. I called their 800 line and was told that they had received a price increase for Canon, but had "just not updated the shopper site listings yet".

Had no problems with shipping and no problems with order.
I got my order on time, and had no problems with customer service.

I ordered the canon powershot a95 big apple package from BSD on a Sunday night. The package included free shipping. An order confirmation notice was received the next morning along with instructions to verify the order by telephone. BSD's operating hours are limited, so I waited until around 11:00 am to call them. I got through immediately and confirmed my order with Manny, who was polite, and did try to 'softsell' me some additional accessories but took no for an answer without further hassle. I then received a FEDEX shipping confirmation by email and was able to track the item on the FEDEX website. I received the items in 3 days (even though the standard shipping window was longer). All items received were correct, packed in peanuts and undamaged. The price of the camera was one of the lowest I could find on the net (consider shipping charges when you shop!). I purchased the additional starter package even though the price of the items was average - I live in a rural area and convenience is also a factor. Overall, my experience with BSD was very positive. Hope this helps in your decision.

How can I explain it. Flawless!!! I ordered a big apple kit thursday afternoon for overnight and got it friday. I love it, smooth transaction with tracking provided via email.

I will never buy anything from them and would not recommend anybody to buy stuff from them. I placed an order more 22 days ago. They claimed that the package was lost during shipping. For this reason, I have to wait until they get a check from the shipper, then they will send me another package.

They claim that I can't cancel my shipment because it is not they fault that the package was lost during shipment

Having read reports of pressure selling, I was determined not to buy more than the item I wanted which was a Sony DSC-T3 camera. I phoned Blue Switch Digital and dealt with their Salesman named Manny. He was most helpful and very knowledgable. He did recommend a 128mb Sony memory stick and since the camera comes with limited memory I agreed to buy this provided it was at a good price. In total I got a very good deal and the goods were delivered by Fedex 2 day service. I ordered goods on Wednesday afternoon, they were dispatched that evening and were delivered to me on Marco Island on Friday 5:30pm. All promises were kept and I can recommend you get in touch with Manny for good service.

I recently bought two digital camera from Blue Switch Digital, and the experience was excellent. The shipping, communication and cameras were perfect! The young man that I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and answered all my questions. I tried to order from A&M PHOTO WORLD, but they deal in false advertising and tried to raise the price by $300.00 after I called to confirm the order. They are a bunch of crooks! I highly recommend Blue Switch Digital and I will use them for all my camera needs in the future! Thanks for your great service.

I ordered a digital camera on a Wednesday and paid for two day shipping. After emailing and calling to "confirm" the order (call was used to try to sell me an extended warranty), I was promised that the already late package would be shipped out "next day air" that same day, Monday, and I would receive it by Tuesday. Package was never shipped! I cancelled order Thursday. No reason given for camera never being shipped.

I had a friendly and knowledgeable salesman(Jerry) guide me with my camera purchase-a Minolta Z2. They didn't have the cheapest price but after a minute or so of questions I felt comfortable. He didn't hurry me and had patience with my questions. He recommended several items for that camera and I did purchase a few of these. Every thing I ordered was included and arrived on time. I would buy again from Blueswitchdigital.
