Good customer service, no high pressure

Everything worked great, they are not one of these highpressure camera shops out of Brooklyn. I did have to do a phone confirmation which seems silly with internet ordering but it seems all these electronic shops require it. And although they mentioned them, they did not give me the hard sell on accessories. They also did not try to switch it with a non-US camera without warranty. Because of a Jewish holiday, there was a question as to whether I would receive it within the 10 business days promised, I explained that I had a flight on that very day (the 10th business day from my order), so they upgraded my shipping at no cost as they were worried I might not receive it in time.
