When ordering from Bulk Nutrition, they provided constant, up-to-date information on all my concerns, including but not limited to; shipping restrictions for my country, the sciences behind the product I was ordering, and many general questions about ordering online, since it's something I don't do very often. My package was held up by local customs unfortunately. I was impressed with the way Bulk Nutrition tracked down the shipping and customs department and dealt with it immediately. I highly recommend them. Although I initially chose them for their low prices, I'm happy with the service and responsibility that came with it.

I have never had a problem with my order or delivery, every one was on my doorstop 2 business days after my order was placed. Great prices and a very knowledgeable staff makes this site, in my mind, the best.

I have placed 3 order since New Years, all of which were shipped same day. I found only a small model error in one such order, but the problem was immediately fixed by their customer service department. I found their speed and customer service to be great, and have found them to be reliable. I am definitely satisfied and will be ordering again.

The ordering process was great. They were in communication with me every step of the way. The item was shipped almost immediately, and I could track the package from their website. Plus, they had the lowest price I could find.

I was very satisfied with my past orders, which I have placed in the last 5 months, and as recent as last week. In all cases, the delivery time was 2-4 days, depending on the weight of the order, but they all shipped the actual day I ordered, as I received my tracking number at that time and was able to watch the package.

Order accuracy has always right on without probs. Only ran into a small flavor mistake once, in which, the store owner quickly threw me a gift voucher for, so no complaints. The customer service has a reputation for a reason....they seem to do what they have to, in hopes to keep the customers happy. Store owner seems friendly enough in e-mail correspondences.

So, aside from huge inventory and prices, I gotta give this store a high review. Wont really be shopping elsewhere for a while. Try it once and see if you don't become a loyal customer. :)

I've tried a number of online vendors for nutrition products, and most that I've come across are overpriced. Bulknutrition has been the one exception to the rule. They consistently offer low (affordable) prices on a wide selection of products. The product reviews are useful, and the forums are active and friendly. When it comes to shipping they've been fast and accurate every time. Couldn't be happier with their service.

These guys have EVERYTHING you need at GREAT prices with GREAT Service. They even have message board AND articles written on product ingredients by knowledgable people. I LOVE this place!!!

Terrible, slow service. It's been over a month and I have yet to receive my refund for products they said were in stock, but were not in stock. Will NEVER use them again!

This is my one stop supplement shop. I highly recommend you give them a try. They have great prices, great selection, fast shipping and wonderful service.

I needed to find out information about a variety of supplements that I wanted to take. I called customer service and they were excellent! They recommended a great combination that I use every day.

Their website is full of information. The reviews are from people who have actually taken the supplements. I learned quite a bit by reading about experiences that others have had with the products.

One of the most important things that you need to consider is the effects of supplements when combined together.

Everything was great from Bulk Nutrition. The ordering procedure was easier than most. The shipping was super fast, especially considering that I am APO, AE. The only letdown was customer incentives, such as: free samples, T-shirts, or bottles for high dollar orders(Like Fitness First USA has). They have no fun rewards, or any rewards that i am aware of, to show appreciation. I love the forums though. I would recommend BN to all.

I've placed several orders with bulk nutrition recently and have been very impressed with their product selection, pricing, speed of order processing and responsiveness to questions.

I ordered some tyrosine from them. The seal cap was stuck to the cap itself and was not properly sealed. I emailed them about it, and a customer rep got back to me saying that this had been fixed. He did not offer to exchange it even though I had expressed some concerns over the safety of their manufacturing process.

Once I pressed him for an exchange, he agreed to send a new one, which I appreciated.

When I received the new bottle, I had the same problem with the seal coming off when the bottle cap was removed. This time, I didn't bother to write back to them since this says a lot about the fact that they play fast and loose with their manufacturing procedures and worse, lie outright.

I think their products are decent, but that they are haphazard about their words and products says a lot about how they run their business and what they think of their customers.

Also, they have admitted that their sources import from China. I hope that somebody will run independent tests to make sure their products are relatively pure. Otherwise, their low prices are meaningless.
