I will not use this merchant again, because following my purchase, instead of processing the order, they called my office phone after hours to leave me a message. I was out of the office for a few days, so I had to get back in and return the call only to hear about other products before they would ship my order. I found this to be completely unacceptable. If that is their policy, it should be clearly stated somewhere. I was most frustrated by this unnecessary delay.

BUTTERFLY PHOTO WAS EXCELLENT TO DEAL WITH. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEM THE DAY AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER TO ENSURE ALL OF MY INFORMATION WAS CORRECT. THEY THEN CALLED ME BACK LATER THAT DAY AND TOLD ME MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED. I RECEIVED THE ORDER ON DAY IT WAS PROMISSED. I WILL DEFINATELY SHOP WITH BUTTERFLY PHOTO AGAIN.

Terrific price on camcorder, but not on accessories. Tried to keep this an all internet transaction, but was required to make phone calls to complete order. Merchant made up for delays by expediting shipping.

Good service and excellent pricing. There was a bit of an unusual issue with charges to my credit card, but in my favor! They were courteous and helpful and expedited shipping when an unexpected delay occurred. I was very pleased with the service and results and would definitely shop with them again in the future.

I ordered the camera and space battery on line. I received a phone call from Butterfly suggesting a supplement package that included two additional lenses, however, I already had extra Canon lenses as a result of owning other Canon cameras.
