Overall experience was good. I did not like having to call to confirm my order and give a salesman a chance to add additional items. Most online purchases phone calls are not required. I prefer not to talk to anyone.

The camera was what I ordered and in brand new condition. However I also ordered a kit which was supposed to include a camera case, memory stick, and lens cleaner. Well, the camera case did not fit the camera. I called to explain the problem and they said they would send me the right one. It arrived promptly as stated but it also was not the right size. I called again and they said they had found the perfect one to fit my camera but I would have to send in the other two first and then they would send the third one. I sent in the first two and waited, and waited, and waited for the next camera case. AFter a month, I called to see what was going on and they told me that they had issued me a refund for the case. They should have just told me that right away! So I went to WalMart and finally found the right size case. I would buy a camera from them again but not the acessories.

Generally, it was good. I didn't like the wait because the ship address was different from the bill address on my credit card. That was a first. I was sold a battery charger that I didn't really want when I called in. It was junk, and I have returned it. But the prices were right and the people were generally good and helpful. I would buy again from them.

I found Butterfly online, but called them to check availablity. I was told that both the camera and printer were in stock. I then placed the order online, but never received a notice that it was shipped. I again called and was then told that the camera was back ordered for 5 days. I was quite upset that I had never received an e-mail or phone call that it was backordered. The items finally arrrived 19 days later and the printer box was poorly packed and quite flattened. The printer turned out to be in good condition, however, the box was damaged and smashed on one side. I would not order from Butterfly again, even though they were a good price.
