I needed to call Butterfly to alter the shipping information and was connected to a salesperson who pressured me to upgrade my accessories. He used incorrect (fraudulent?) information as the basis of his rationale for the upgrade. I'm not sure what the reasoning was for his pushing particular these specific accesories, but this was a distasteful encounter that tainted an otherwise pleasing shopping experience (including a no-charge upgrade to overnight shipping so we could have the product prior to our departure for vacation).

Product was received on time and in good condition. The box was unopened but for some reason the UPC code was removed from the outside. Sony was offering a rebate at the time but it was noted on Bufferfly's website that this product was not eligiable for rebates. Not sure what this was all about. Another thing that happened was that I received an email which led me to believe I needed to contact them because something was wrong with my order. When I called it was actually so that they could sell me accessories for the camera. Overall the experience was good though and I would purchase from them again if the price was right.

They were great! Found my camera cheaper here than anywhere else. Then they called and offered some really good prices on extra memory, battery, and an extended warranty. I will definately use them again.

Had a bit of a run-around trying to get to the proper person in customer service -- phones seemed to be malfunctioning. After several tries got through and got very good service. Good price, quick turn-around.
