This website had a great price for the camera and it was instock. I did not really like the phone call from the store asking me to purchase other itmes for my camera. I had fully investigated the camera purchase and knew what I did and did not need. Other than the phone call I liked the pricing and quick shipping.

I was happy with the service form Butterfly Photo.com in general. However, I did not appreciate the phone call that I received following my on-line order. The company called in an attempt to convince me to buy more than I had ordered. This was annoying and definitely turned me off of the company. Furthermore, the person who called was pushy and rude when I stated that I did not want to add to my order, telling me that there were all sorts of other items he was not telling me about, as if this should make me feel better. I want to order what I want from a web source and not be hassled later about my choices and about spending more money. This experience alone would keep me from shopping at Butterfly Photo.com again.

THe sales staff made a call to me about my order which I had to return. Turns out there was no problem but they wanted to try to sell me more stuff before shipping my order. I purchased an extended warranty, but I would have preferred them to just ship my original order and leave me alone.

They were good at filling my order promptly, although I was sold a spare battery that was proported to have more than twice the life of the stock battery, but in reality was almost exactly the same.

I am extremely happy with the product and accesssories I purchased,however, the high pressure to purchase an extended warranty was not expected. The sales person did suggest an a faster memory card, which I had originally considered. He was very knowledgeable about the product and helped me make the right choice for my needs. I had already made purchased accessories and I do wonder if I had not if I would have received the same pressure to buy as I did on the extended warranty. Overall, I am pleased with the service and extremely happy with the product.

A pleasure to do business with. Great camera, good price, was not charged exhorbitant shipping fees (unlike some internet companies), imediate delivery and I was not placed under great pressure to buy things that I was not ready to purchase.

The customer service was excellent. I received a follow-up phone call related to my purchase within 10 minutes of placing it online. The customer service representative confirmed my order, suggested additional items that I may have needed, gave me the in-stock status of the items ordered, and offered advice regarding the product.
