Excellent! They followed up with a courtesy call, and talked through expectations and clarified other items that would be required to use the camera that were not included, such as memory, batteries, etc. The camera was a gift for my wife so they put a rush on to get the gift in time, and they even gave a personal contact (someone familiar with the camera) for her to use if she had questions about the use of the product.

The combination of price, choice, online information and service is excellent. The invoice could have been clearer--I upgraded to a high-speed CF card and it's not shown separately on the invoice, but just folded into the package of accessories. The card itself doesn't say "high-speed" on it, so I must go on trust that this is what I received.

Butterfly was very professional and even called to verify I was the purchaser of the order, as they were trying to prevent fraud. The manager reviewed my order with me and suggested a better package than the one I bought. I trusted and appreciated his expertise, and he even gave me a discount as it was a big purchase. The products came within two days of my order. I was very impressed.

spoke with a sales assistant who told me the order would be shipped that day. 9 days later I receive an email saying that the item was out of stock resulting in a delay!!! They did confirm that the shipment would be sent next day versus ground shipping to make up for the delay.

Order rejected for unknown reason, not having to do with my credit card which did approve the charge on July 15, 04.
Several emails could not get them to ship the camera (Nikon 3700 w/ expiring rebate of $100). They even called my son at the shipping address. It was a gift. Of course, he did not know anything of the camera soon to surprise him.
Finally the order was approved and shipped; but only after 7 days. Received a nice letter from customer service, after that, but still no explanation for the delay.
