We got a phone call to correct part of our order, but it was already correct. This gave the salesman a chance to offer other items which we refused. This was a little annoying, but we did receive the merchandise quickly and as ordered.

It is Butterfly Photo's policy to ship in-stock purchases within 72 hours or 3 working days. Mike called and left a message on my answering machine during the second day after the order. I called back after working hours on the second day and left Mike a message that I didn't want to purchase anything else. If I wanted something else, I would have ordered it. I also asked him to ship the camera A.S.A.P. He did as asked. The camera was shipped within the third day. I received the camera in excellent condition and at a fair price! Good job, Butterfly Photo. The be excellent, they would have sent the camera the first day and not called to see if I wanted anything else.

Great order fulfillment. I chose UPS ground service. They delayed shipping for a day but then used Fedex 2nd day service to make up for the loss in time. I'd definitley use them again.

i had to speak with Joey due to chrarge card issues. he knew the equipment thoroughly. enough to inform me that the UV filter i purchased wouldn't connect without a lens tube. he offered deals through butterfly.com i couldn't refuse at unbelivable rates and that i did not notice when i ordered through the website. very impressed.
