Received phone call from Butterfly representative after web purchased and purchased lens filters $149 "on special". Did not receive the correct filters and when I called I the same service rep I was told they substituted with "better" filters (not supported by a web search for info. Promised 24 hour turn-around with original filters. Spent $17 to expedite return filters and still waiting for their shipment 3 days later. Bottom line no filters in time for my trip to Hawaii this Saturday...I feel I was set up and would not recommend future business with this company.

Order product on Monday and it came on Thursday from across the country. No hard sell on the telephone confirmation. Creating an online account is a drag, and the shopping cart update feature could use a better design, but the quality of service makes up for it.

Ordered the camera, apparently I gave an incorrect credit card number or they transmitted an incorrect number. I immediately received a fax and this was followed up by a phone call to notify me and to get a corect number. Camera was shipped immediately and I received it the next day. Very positive experience.

Overall, Butterfly did a good job in filling and shipping the order. One thing to note however, is that the product was not shipped until I responded to a message requesting me to talk with a customer service representative. The purpose of the call appeared to be an attempt to sell some additional accessories. Once that was done, the camera was shipped immediately by 2nd day FedEx, at no additional cost. I will definitely give Butterfly a chance on any future on line shopping trips.

I received a phone call soon after my purchase thanking me for my order and asking if I needed further supplies. I ordered a UV filter and adapter. The order arrived promptly, packaged well. I decided that I did not need the UV filter after all. I returned it and was promptly emailed acknowledging receipt of my returned items and promising credit to be processed quickly. I would highly reccomend this merchant!

I've never had so much trouble to shop something online as a gift for another person. They kept refusing to send it out just because the billing address and the shipping address are different. They finally sent it to me and I now have to send it again to my friend. Besides, their customer service is horrible. The ladies I talked to had really big problems with their attitudes.

I received my order in a resonable amount of time and it was in good condition and what I ordered. I didn't like the phone salesman who was rude and tried to pad the order with products I didn't want. I hung up on him. I would do business with Butterfly Photo again but if the next time I get treated the same way on the phone, they will lose the order.

I liked the quality of the pictures so much! I will buy more and more pictures and I told to a lot of friends to do the same. They are already doing it.
Even in Brazil (my home country), I will continue to buy pictures. I will send the digital pictures to a friend here and he will mail them for me. I would like to have this kind of merchant in Brazil too.
Why don't you add Brazil in your country list? Would it be possible? You would charge a referent shipping.

Entered order online and got immediate order confirmation. Got a shipping email notice in three days which included Fedex tracking number. I didn't get a bogus comfirmation call trying to sell overpriced accessories. Packing was light but camera seems to be OK. The rebate form was included in the box.
