I bought 12 four line phones for my business. The phones were shipped the same day I purchased them, and arrived to my office in 2 days - ups ground. I was amazed at the excellent condition of the phones, considering they were refurbished. The price for the phones were extremely low for a four line phone. The phones were literally "new". In the past 3+ months I have been using them, I have yet to have any problems. Recently, I also bought a copier/printer machine, which arrived in the same amount of time, with no problems. I would recommend this company to my friends, and would continue using them for all my office equipment needs.

I tried to order 3 phones from them. They claimed to have sent them the day after I ordered and paid for the items. I never received them. I tried calling the customer service and left 15 messages. They NEVER RETURNED calls.
An email 2 weeks ago from them said they would credit my account. There has been NO ATTEMPT to credit my account.
This is the WORSE experience I have ever ever had with an e-commerce business. There is something is very fishy about this business...they seem to go by alot of names. DO NOT USE THEM!

The prices were the lowest I could find for the phone I was looking for. They shipped the phones the same day I placed the order and kept me updated with the order status. I bought refurbished phones, but they looked like brand new phones. I would continue using them and would recommend them to my colleagues.

Ordered two phones, one new and one open box. The "new" phone had a broken speakerphone and was obviously not new (came in a used, previously opened box). The other phone's caller ID didn't work. Sent multiple e-mails to their lousy support people, none of which were answered. Had to protest the charge through American Express to get them to respond to me. Finally they gave me a refund, but would not pay for my return shipping. Buymebuyme.com = Buyer Beware!!!

This is definitely the worst company I have ever had the misfortune with which to do business. I purchased a FoodSaver Vacuum Sealer at a good price. When it came, it did not work. I had to pay to ship it back - $10.00 - and asked for a refund for the return. They shipped another one - at my expense and now I have to ship it back, again at my expense. All those shipping fees on top of the original shipping fee! I think that's how they make their money since their prices are so low. And now I find out that there is a 25% restocking fee! The customer service is only done on line - you can't talk to anyone. They responded to the first two posts and kept closing the ticket when I asked for additional help.
Needless to say, I will NEVER do any business with this disreputable company again and will certainly tell anyone I can about this most angering experience.

STAY AWAY FROM this company! One of the worst experiences for on-line purchasing. Billed credit card immediately. Did not ship as promised in 24 hours after credit card approval. Ignored 4 emails to BuyMeBuyMe site and to Support Request. Phone calls goes to voice mail only. Finally called Sales and asked about order status. Agent claimed item was lost by UPS (Note: Their website showed the item never shipped). I asked them to tell me the UPS tracking number so I could check into it. Sales rep said Customer Service would email it to me. (Didn't happen because it was a lie). Website posted update that item was damaged in shipment and credit was issued. Credit never appeared with Credit Card Company. Now disputing credit card charge and filing complaint with BBB.

This site is a scam. I ordered a product from this site. They charged my credit card but never sent me the product. They also never answered my emails when I asked what the status of my order was.
Because of an expired fraud alert on my credit cards, someone called to confirm it was me making the purchase, which I really appreciated. Read more
