Great prices. Warehouse to shipment company (UPS) handover could be a bit smoother. They billed the order to my credit card claiming it had been shipped, but the box was not actually given to UPS until I complained about the fact a few days later. Package arrived promptly with all ordered items after one quick and short email conversation.

They have the best prices around on games for the holidays and good selection of paint sets and miniatures. My stuff was marked as shipped within hours of my order and delivered within a few days. I definitely will use them again.

I ordered Star Trek - Countdown #1 from these people and the post office claimed they delievered it to my address.  I did not receive it.  The first time I emailed them, they blew me off.  I tried to open communication through Paypal, but they escalated it to a claim and then said that since I went that route they would only be able to give me a partial refund.  They kept referring me to the post office who told me to go through the merchant.  Two days later, they just started ignoring my emails.  I had to go to Paypal and get a courtesy credit through them.

I have never had such a horrible, frustrating experience in my life.  They were uncommunicative and just plain rude. It seems like they'd be great if everything went smoothly, but as soon as things go wrong - LOOK OUT!

Responsive, but they don't quite have their act together. Stock info and order tracking not accurate. Missing emails.

I ordered 2 games, both were listed as in stock and I received the usual order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.

Only one game arrived, and not through UPS (as i expected) but through USPS instead.

Turns out that the other game was not in stock (the website said it was) and they canceled that part of my order without notifying me!

I contacted them via email which the responded to very quickly . They claim that they sent a notification that my full order could not be fulfilled and that they were sorry for the confusion.

Avoid shopping here! Horrible shipping delays item not received after 2 weeks and i think it's going to be more than that as i haven't received my items yet. POOR customer service always promising that the item will ship but after 2 weeks not even shipped yet. Shop with them if want the horror of waiting for your stuff that probably wont get sent. I should have read the ratings first. AVOID AVOID AVOID VERY VERY BAD

I ordered a Monopoly game on Nov. 24th, received the confirmation email. Choose USPS shipping (after all it's a whole month BEFORE Christmas) and waited. Two weeks later I called asking them letting them know that I had not received my item and according to their site - my order was "Pending". I asked them to call back. No return call. A week later (Dec. 15) I get an email stating they received my voice message and my item is being shipped today via medial mail. I'll be lucky to get it before Christmas. I've started a claim against them with Discover card - I might cancel it if I get the item before Christmas.
