CPO Delta Woodworking

I purchased a reconditioned Delta GR450 Grinder from CPO Woodworking on the basis of their website which states:

"Why buy a Delta Certified Factory-Reconditioned product?
Quality - The Brand that Redefines Performance.
Like New - Product has experienced very little or no usage; any necessary repairs are performed by factory trained technicians before resale
Price - Significant savings vs. new!
Full Warranty - Each reconditioned product carries a full 180 day warranty (same as new)"

I paid almost $50 less than the same product brand new, with an incredibly reasonable shipping fee. Upon receipt, the grinder was damaged, the wheels were not balanced or true, and it will cost me considerably more than $50 to restore the grinder to "new" condition - not a bargain at all! In my opinion, CPO does not live up to their own marketing statements.
