I ordered a couple of 6' wood bookshelves.  My order was delayed repeatedly until I threatened to cancel and then was finally sent.  There were flaws in the product due to bad packaging.  They had stuffed the apparently still wet from staining shelves up against the shelf holder such that the stained surface of several of the shelves was damaged.  I noted all the defects on the shipping notice and I attempted to contact via e-mail and received no response whatsoever.  Most places that sell this type of thing will talk to you about just replacing a damaged shelf or two.  Apparently these guys will do nothing unless you send the entire thing back (at your own expense) and incur the restocking fee.  I will never do business with them again that is FOR SURE!

Horrible - don't bother. Would not send my order or communicate with me more than 1 month after taking my order and payment. Mad and still waiting....

I ordered 4 chairs from CSN and they initially only shipped 2. One of them was broken and they wanted to send out a replacement part so that we could fix it ourselves. After some argument they finally agreed to send out a new chair to replace the broken one. The other 2 chairs still haven't been received. Customer service is definately lacking!

Excellent experience. CSN had the best price and included shipping costs, with set up. The desk was as described, arrived sooner than promised and in perfect condition. Delivery guys arrived on time, brought the desk up 2 flights of stairs and did a basic set up.

DON'T DO IT!!!! Three months later, I am still waiting. After my order was delayed for another 90 days, I have finally gave up and canceled!!!! Save yourself the frustration of dealing with this company and go somewhere else. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

Selection was good. Prices are ridiculously high. Ordering process was easy. Customer service and delivery process is a disaster. After waiting for several weeks more than the estimated time, the product arrives damaged. Customer service made NO effort to expedite the shipment of the damaged part. Had to refuse delivery and still fighting to get refund back. Do not order from these guys. Overall, a miserable experience!!

I placed an order for a dresser with CSN furniture online, the ordered was placed a month ago, the website gave an estimate delivery date for the first week of May. Its 15th of May now and I still havn't recieved my ordered. The ordered processed took longer then I thought, if I had known I would have just bought the dresser from a nearby furniture store. I don't believed the price I paid on CSN furniture was a deal rather it probably what I would normally pay at a local furniture store and probably would have gotten my funiture by now. So disappointed, at this rate I'm just hopping the dresser doesn't arrive damage like what some people have mention on the reviewed.

DO NOT USE!!! We are still waiting after 185 days to get our kitchen set after it was "lost" twice. Both times the set was scheduled to be delivered and didn't show up after we took vacation time to wait for the delivery. We had to convience their customer service that we didn't get the set as they couldn't find it on any trucks. We are still waiting for our kitchen set and they can't tell us when it's going to come. Couldn't get anyone to call us back. REALLY POOR customer service. RUN!!!!
