I was quite plesed with the website and ease of ordering my camera. I was surprised that I needed to call the company to "verify" my purchase. It made no sense, as no information was given that was not already with the order. Even more surprising was the camera was delivered the next day (I did not ask for nor pay for expedited shipping). However, when I opened the Panasonic box the camera comes in, I was surprised that it was totally in Japanese. The operating instructions, which appeared to be a mass produced photocopy without hard cover, was for "panasonic-europe" with all support sites and phone numbers in England or Ireland.
