I ordered a high-capacity battery for my Motorloa RAZR V3 phone (950mah). I received the battery but it was DOA - would not hold a charge. I sent the defective battery back for replacement since they would not refund my money. The replacement battery was standard capacity (600mah). This battery has NO VALUE to me since I already have one and my intent was longer times between charges. This replacement (also generic) was defecive as well. It will power my phone for only a few minutes and goes from completely dead to "full charge" in about one minute. I've gone back to my old orignial Motorola battery as it still works fine. I'm not sending this batter back as it just keeps costing more money for nothing but frustration. BEWARE! This company sells the cheapest "seconds/defectives" coming out of China. Zero stars from me for giving me my first internet-purchase-rip-off.

As soon as I saw the prices, I was unsure if this was a legitimate operation. I had searched stores on the net and around town and the prices were 3-4 times higher! Anyway, I kept my fingers crossed and placed an order because I couldn't resist the temptation to save some money. To my surprise I received everything I had ordered *dirt cheap* yet it is all brand new and works great.

I have now ordered several times from cell-phone-accessories.com and have found hard to find accessories for a fraction of prices being offered elsewhere. I did need assistance regarding installation of one item and the support provided was very helpful.

Very Negative! Ordered 2 Motorola cell phone cases for a Motorola Lite II as part of closeout special. They sent the wrong ones. They fail to answer E-Mail and also require you to fill out Return Authorization "request" on Internet with no promise of approval they decide if return is warranted). Customer service rep speaks broken English as well. Waiting 3 days on response, from E-Mail or formal request. Stay away, they want your business on the front end, but don't deliver on the back end.

I have ordered several times from cell-phone-accessories.com and have always been pleased. The order arrives in record time well packaged and the prices are unbeatable.

This site may have some good bargains, but it’s just to wordy and crowded. It hurt my eyes just to look at it. Clean it up and make it more easy to navigate. If I wanted to read a book, I would buy one.

www.cell-phone-accessories.com offers lots of cell phone accessories, as its name implies. The prices can't be beat. Customer service is terrible. I ordered an HTC Cingular 8125 car charger and got an HTC 8500 car charger with an invoice that said HTC Cingular 8125. I called to rectify and they acknowledged that they made a mistake and they did not have an HTC 8125 charger. So, they offered to refund the cost of the item - but would not refund the shipping expenses! Somehow they felt it was my responsibility to swallow the cost of shipping even though they acknowledged making the mistake. However, they did offer to refund my shipping charges if I repackaged the item and paid for the return shipping. What a great deal! I would not do business with them again.
