Everything was great except for two things: 1) they called a couple of times with a sales pitch to get me to buy more stuff, and 2) the wording about how quickly it would be shipped was deceiving. Product arrived as advertised. It took them a bit longer to ship the product than expected, but the item arrived on time. I received the obligatory call from sales to add accessories to my order but I politely refused and the gentleman did not press me.
I later found out they are not an authorized seller of canon products but rather buy them from an authorized dealer. This means warranty is not an issue but rebates might be.
