Web site isn't the best and when I submitted my CC info it clipped part of it and I had to call cust service to complete trasaction. When I did speak to CS, they offered to upgrade my shipping at no charge to make up the lost day in realizing there was a problem on the site. Great follow-up but improvments should be made to site. FedEx tracking is not real time and seems to be updated at whim, UPS seems to be more real time on order location. Order processing seemed to take longer than necessary. I've ordered much cheaper items from other on-line sales merchants and received same day e-mails on order confirmation and shipping information. Price was excellent much less than local vendor. Didn't like getting a phone call from the seller with out giving a reason for the call.
Would prefer to be able to set some delivery options, time of day etc. I ended up having to drive nearly an hour to pick up my item from fedx.

I was interested in a digital camera that was small and could be put in a purse or pocket. The Minolta Dimage XT was just was I needed. I got a great price on the item and received the camera within 24 hours. Ordered on a Monday around lunch time and received the item the very next day around 1:00 pm EST.
