Very rude customer service. They have set up stores with different names, but basically are the same thing. It took me a lot of phone calls and ultimately I found out that this is not the store where I would want to buy the camcorder from. I would rather spend a few more dollars and buy it from a store which offers good customer service.

I paid for three day delivery. After five days I ended driving to the FEDEX terminal myself to pick it up. This is not ibuydigital.com's fault, it is FEDEX who botched the delivery. I sent an email to ibuydigital requesting a refund fund on delivery charges and they never responded. FEDEX will not give refunds to the package recipient, only to the mercahndiser. So I'm screwed. Three day delivery cost twice regular ground.

Ibuydigital promised to send me tracking information by e-mail. Never happened.
The delivery company - Manna Distribution Services - announced by phone on Tuesday 2/1/05 that delivery would take place on Thursday 2/3 between 11 and 4. If that time could not be held I would get a courtesy call. I arranged my schedule to be at home at that time. The time passed. No delivery, no "courtesy call". At 5 pm I called and asked what happened. Yes, they had problems with this delivery, but it would take place "first thing in the morning". -What is first thing? -No later than 11 am. Soon after 11 - now Friday - and another rescheduling of my time - I called and was informed that the driver is in the area and would be here in minutes, if not seconds. Half an hour later, I was informed that he just turned off the highway at an exit three miles from my house. After four calls and two hours later (1 pm) than the absolutely latest he arrived. Before that the driver had to call me about directions, although he had just passed my street that is very well marked.

I had a problem with a defective part in the order. Service representative was very prompt in helping me and sent a replacement, which was also defective. She then checked a second replacement personally and sent it promptly, which resolved the problem. Other than the time spent on phone and email and the cost of returning the defective parts, my experience was a good one. IBuyDigital also had the camera I wanted when it was out of stock at many other places.
