I tried to purchase the camera on other I-Net camera stores. I got the runaround concerning availability, price on line versus call in, and the stores trying to sell me accessories before they completed the order. Central Digital filled the order with same price in the time they promised.

The Sharp AQUOS LC-26GA5U 26'' LCD TV that I ordered from IBuyDigital was in great shape and factory sealed. The only thing I had to do is call them to confirm my order and shipping arrangement, but I think this was because of the value $$$$ of the order. There was no waiting on hold...everything was very professional and quick. I also received my LCD TV a lot earlier than I expected. I choose 7-10 days shipping and got it in 3 days, WOW. This was my first order from "I Buy Digital" and I was a little worried because it was also my biggest order ever on the internet. I will be ordering future order with them. Salesman who called to confirm order was very polite and not high pressure. Informed me that it would take up to 48 hours to process the order prior to shipping. Item actually arrived less than 48 hours later. Very pleasant transaction. Item arrived exactly as described.

I placed an order for a camcorder that was shown to be in stock. I received a call the next day offering additional items which I refused. I was told that the order would ship right away. The next day I received an email saying it was out of stock, offering to cancel the order which I did. My credit card was charged anyway. They did not answer the phone and it took several emails before I got an answer.

Really good people to deal with. My camera came on time, but the Compact Flash card was out of stock and arrived a week later. The most awesome part was that they ate the $30 cost of sending a $19 Compact Flash card to me in a remote village in Alaska. These guys will get my business again!

Everything went smoothly. I did have to contact them via phone to verify billing address. After that everything was on time. The TV arrived in its original box with documentation. It worked perfectly right away, and I am still enjoying the fine product today.
This was a good merchant that I would recommend to anyone. I would not hesitate to buy from them in the future.

Everything was great except for two complaints:
1. They called me to confirm my order but I suspect they called to try and sell me extras. The caller was respectfull and not pushy.
2. The above caller confirmed by order and freight chose (the cheapest, $12 something) but when I tracked by order it was bumped up to the next level ($24).
