I have had a very unfortunate experience with Ibuydigital.com. I requested two day shipping on an expensive purchase and on day six I had still not recieved the goods. I called Ibuydigital.com and requested that the shipping amount be credited to my account. I was denied this request. I spoke with the Customer Service Manager, Joe Buck, also the owner (?). Mr. Buck was rude, not helpful and certainly not customer service friendly. It is truly unfortunate that ibuydigital.com will lose my future business.

If I had not had to call Central Digital with questions, it would have been a fine experience.
But, I did need to call a few times. Phoning in was not easy. Either I received voice mail, with no follow up, or I connected with someone with a an attitude.

I had to call ibuydigital many, many times to ask why I havnt received my camera after paying for 2 day shipping. They kept feeding me lines of crap, until finally 2 weeks later i found out they didnt even have it in stock, even thouhg I was told it was. They told me stories like its not being shipped because of a big snow storm, or the order was just messed up, or they thought it was shipped it just never made it out. Finally I got the truth wich was they didnt know when the camera would be in stock. I finally received my camera 17 days after ordering it with fedex 2 day shipping.
