The site had a four star rating but also had some mixed reviews with one and two stars. I was a bit hesitant but they had the best price and I took a chance. It paid off as I got a good price with good service. I usually buy camera equipment at B & H Photo which has a 5 star rating. The difference I noticed is that B & H ships the same day as receiving the order and Central shipped a few days, I believe 3, after receiving the order. It was a good experience.

the first camera did not work. Customer services were excellent. I returned the item and received a replacement by overnight currier once they had the returned item in thier possession. I was able to track the returns and phoned them so they could deal with it straight away. I was very impressed well done!

At first I was hesitant since I had not heard of the IBuyDigial website and was not sure if they would be a good place to purchase a cheap, but new, digital camera. I easily found a Canon A85 and was amazed how quickly I received my camera without much hassel. I admit, FedEx is not my most favorite shipping company, and it is important that someone can sign for the package, because they can't leave it at your doorstep.
