Please note that I attempted to buy from two companys. This survey is in response to sizziling deals co. I actually cancelled my order with them because of lack of response to email and my inability to get through by phone. I'd never shop with them no matter the price. The other Co. I did buy from was Ibuydigical. The order was lost by them but I called, got through and they overnighted the order. I'd buy from them again. I didn't like that I had to call to verify my order after I just ordered on-line (I could have just saved time and ordered it over the phone in the first place), and it took the entire 48 hours to process my order, which negated the "express shipping" I paid extra for. I had originally ordered this camera from another online store. A few days after placing my order, I received an email stating that my order would be delayed 2 weeks. Nowhere on the other company's website did I see this. I needed the camera quickly so I cancelled my order and looked for another store. Then I found IBuyDigital.com on Yahoo Shopping. It clearly said on the website that the camera I wanted was in stock. I ended up having to get the order rush-shipped, but it was the same price as I was going to pay at the other online store and $70 cheaper than BestBuy. The product came in original packaging unopened in mint condition. I saved $200 from what it was advertised at my local electronics store. After a quick confirmation call (on a Sunday!) by a very friendly sales person that was not at all pushy, the camera shipped on monday and reached me on Thursday. FedEx actually delivered one day earier than scheduled on their tracking site!
