The camera arrived with a defective battery and the extra batteries I purchased arrived discharged. I needed the camera immediately and paid $30 for 2 day shipping. Hence I ended up having to go out and purchase another battery in order to use the camera. Regarding customer service, their phones were always on automatic forward to a recorded message. I had to contact them via email to request that I be shipped a new battery. They finally replied via email to tell me that I would have to send the defective battery back in order to receive a working battery. Ridiculous! I finally was able to contact a human being who was so rude I actually hung up. I intend to send the camera back and to make sure I let everyone know not to use their service. Read more

I ordered a plasma display from Ibuydigital. I waited for a phone call or a traking number for 4 or 5 days. After not hearing from them I decided to get in touch with their customer service. I was told they could not validate my order because the billing/shipping address were different. (where do you see that in their ordering process, when did they plan to tell me about it???????)
The person told me it's why I received an email about the cancellation of this order (this was a lie, I never got this email).
Very un-professional people!! Avoid their lacklustre ordering process/customer service and go shop somewhere else. Read more

I waited almost 2 weeks without receiv9ng it. I called and it turned out they did not have the product in stock but were trying to locate one to send to me. I felt theyt were deceptive and unprofessionmal and wouyld not go near them again. Ended up with an Olympus 750 through Amazon and got it in 2 days.
