The price of the merchandise I ordered was excellent and because of a delay at the dealers end, they sent my order overnight delivery at their cost to get my order to me on time as originally requested. I also appreciated the fact that there was no hard sell to "extras".

I tried to return ipod for a refund when Apple produced a newer, better, cheaper product a few days after I recieived this one. I called to return ipod, recived authorization, then mailed to you. You returned it to me, didn't bother to indicate why you returned it, just sent it back a day later. I had to call you twice, disconnected once after waiting over 25 minutes, then second call taking over 30 miniutes to reach you. You told me ipid was used (one day) and scratched (minimal, from normal handling). I'm not impressed with your return policy or customer service. I will not buy from you again. I would love for you to include this on epinions.com
