I received a phonecall the day after I placed my order confirming my order in detail and the shipping address. They asked if I'd like to add any accessories to my order but there was no pressure when I said no. I got everything I ordered on time, as expected and saved quite a bit of money compared to buying the same items at a retail store.

Everything went very well except the salesman who called to "verify" the order. All he really does is try to get you to buy extras. He was rude, and when I told him I was not interested in buying extras he hung up on me. I should have called back and canceled my order.

After I placed the order, I was contacted by a sales representative to verify the order. They informed me I could purchase the camera case, rechargeable batteries, and cleaning kit for the cost of the rechargeable batteries alone. I added them to the order but afterwards started checking other sites and found better prices on these items. I would order from them again but not any of the accesories.

Good prices. Ordered on internet, but item wasn't shipped for several days because they needed me to call in to confirm the order. When I was able to confirm it, item was shipped very promptly and received the item in record time. Great store and would shop there again, however, required additional confirmation is somewhat of an inconvenience.
