Do not buy from this store. Period. They have many traps. Some products have strong brand info; others do not have any - that will mislead to believe all products are high quality. The no- brand products actually are more expensive. They do not have many products in stock and ask the factory to ship the products which caused long waits. I was very disappointed when I opened the box and saw the product was not the brand I ordered. The product is so cheaply made and not even close to what it's shown on the web site. Returning the product will cost you 20% restocking fee plus shipping. So forget it.
Beware "free shipping" promised by Signature Hardware or Clawfoot Supply in Kentucky. It's not really free if you're ordering a $2,400 270-pound vanity. Hidden $125 lift charge revealed one month after the item was ordered and three days before scheduled delivery. Customer service thought the lift charge was included, then called back to say it wasn't, and, sorry, you're stuck with it. She admitted the sales literature should have disclosed that possible charge. Too late for us.

WE SPENT OVER 3k ON BATHROOM SUPPLIES FROM CLAWFOOTSUPPLY.COM (SIGNATURE HARDWARE) ALL IN AN OIL RUBBED BRONZE FINISH. 3 WIDE SPREAD TEA POT FAUCETS, BRITISH TELEPHONE-HAND WAND WITH SHOWER HEAD FOR CLAWFOOT TUB, AND ALL THE SHUT-OFF VALVES, LINE FEEDS AND SHOWER CURTAIN/RINGS. AFTER 1 YEAR, EVERY PIECE THAT WAS IN CONTACT WITH WATER HAD FLAKED OFF THE CLEAR COATING AND EXPOSED THE UNDERLYING SILVER METAL. WE SUBMITTED PICTURES TO THEM AND WAS TOLD BY CUSTOMER SUPPORT THAT CORROSION IS NOT COVERED. (EXCEPT WE HAVE CITY WATER WITH AN ADDITIONAL WATER SOFTENER INSTALLED) NO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT WOULD BE GRANTED AND WE WERE JUST OUT OF LUCK. POOR PRODUCTS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
BUYER BEWARE. Purchased a pedestal sink from Signature Hardware (a.k.a. Clawfoot) when plumber started to put faucet into sink, the porcelin finish started to chip off. Contacted customer service and was told the sink was ours and that they would be more than happy to sell us a second sink without refunding the defective one.
My dealings with Signature Hardware have been excellent. I love my clawfoot tub and accessories so much. Everything was delivered on time and in perfect condition. They are quality people selling quality products!!

I ordered a faucet which arrived quickly but with absolutely no paperwork. I have complained twice that I consider the order to be incomplete unless I receive information which would allow me to perform basic maintenance upon the faucet in years to come (i.e., parts list, schematic drawing, installation and maintenance instructions). According to Signature Hardware, I cannot unilaterally just return the faucet without incurring a 20% restocking fee -- even though this order arrived unusable by industry standards! I am still awaiting a satisfactory answer and meanwhile am living without a kitchen faucet. Read more

very good experience EXCEPT the measurement of the product was wrong in the description. the diameter of the base was listed as 3.5" and it much smaller. i will keep the spout and find a work around, but i probably would not have ordered it if the dimensions had been listed correctly. Read more
I seem to remember that the product came in faster than predicted. It was exactly what we ordered. During the ordering process I was trying to coordinate finishes from multiple lines and the person who helped me spent a great deal of time answering my questions. haven't received the toilet yet. apparently there is a flow valve or something that is not in stock. didn't get a phone call, had to call them. called on the weekend, they couldn't give me much info, asked me to call back on monday. same person on the phone monday, took him about 10 minutes to figure out that the flow valve was not in stock, wasn't sure why he couldn't tell me that on the weekend.
he said h thinks two weeks for the flow valve to come in, and 5 days shipping so approx 3 weeks. not sure why they couldn't ship the toilet now and the valve later??? didn't seem as if he cared if he sold the product or not. Read more
