Ordered some USB and other misc. PC cables. Prices are the lowest, good communication, fast processing and delivery. Contents were new and high quality, and what I expected. Highest recommendation!

My first order was for 5 USB A to A cables. I waited 10 days to receive them because I'm in Europe and it takes a while. When I got the cables, they were 5 USB A to B cables. Now I have to send them back, paying the shipping, and wait for the correct cables. We'll see what kind of customer service I receive.

The store wanted to make ammends and offered to let me keep the 5 incorrect cables (to bad I already shipped them back). I received the correct cables today, 24 Feb, for a total cost of the $4.75 it cost me to ship back the wrong cables. I give them a thumbs up for the good customer service. You don't find that to many places today.

I have not been impressed so far I placed my order on the 4th and still today is the 12th and I have not received it, but they sure have taken the funds already. Have written to Customer Service hoping for a resolution. Delivery speed so far non existent. Accuracy if their initial handling is an indication of how they operate....can say terrible.
08/14/04 Since then I have received my order found out that they didn't even ship it until the 10th was ordered on the 4th. Have attempted to contact their customer service to let them know about this. No return calls or emails. Their site states that they want you to be completely satisfied...guess not. Will continue to try to contact them via email.

My experience at Computer Cable Store was definitely not a positive one. I placed my order on the 21ST of December, but by the 3RD of January I have still not received my cables. I sent customer service and email, but after 5 days my question still remained unanswered. So, I called customer support, and after a short wait they told me that the order had not been shipped because the address was "undeliverable"; they were just waiting for me to call up and ask what had become of my order. The address that I supplied was in fact my real address, and I have ordered countless other products off of the internet, and they have all shipped without incident. However, after this little bump was cleared up, they agreed to reimburse me for the shipping cost. Their selection appears to be good, but hey, anyone can put pictures on a website. After this ordeal I don't plan on any further business with the Computer Cable Store. I recommend going to NewEgg.com for your further computer-related purchases.
