They were out of stock and I was first told that they would receive in a week then was told that it will be sometime in November. I will wait for it because I can't find it anywhere else. Since they are strictly a computer cable store you would think that one of their best sellers would be in stock in a short period of time.

Prices are very good, quality seems fine, especially considering price, so value appears to be great.
Customer Service responded to pre-purchase questions promptly, but required two attempts to get a complete answer to all questions.
Web site inconsistency was promptly corrected when I questioned it via email.

I love the site and the variety of cables and connectors available. I do wish that they would include a diagram or picture of the type of connectors on each end of the cables as what I ordered was supposed to be an extention cable that was all in one for a monitor, mouse and keyboard, and when I got the cables the monitor cable had a male connector on one end and a female connector on the other like I had expected, but the PS2 connectore for the mouse and keyboard part of the cable were both male connectors on both ends. This does not work when you are trying to extend something. I will now have to purchase 4 gender changers to be able to use these cables, or I will have to just order a different set of cables altogether.
So the descriptions of some of the items could be a little clearer as to what you are getting, and diagram or photo of the ends of the cables should be provided so that I can be sure of what I am getting in the future. However, this is still an excellent site and I am sure I will be doing alot of business with them in the future. The prices a really great compared to many other places that I checked with for the same items.
