When the product I ordered wasn't in stock I was contacted within a day or so of my order and offered a more expensive product for the same price. I then received my order a couple of days later. Overall I had a good buying experience with this company.

I ordered a 100' Cat6 Cable. While it appears to work fine, the cable was so twisted and scared that I thought it was a used cable. Bottom line is the the price and delivery was great so I would problaby return.

Overall they are satisfactory. All but 1 item was delivered complete and that item was a partial delivery. When I called them they said that the items were to be shipped direct from the manufacturer. after 2 more weeks without the remaining part of the order I had to call again. This time the order was sent from their warehouse.

Site was designed well and relatively easy to navigate !! As I was searching ONLY for cables, I ONLY Browsed that area of their Site !! Pictures of product were 'large', i.e., visible, and product description was excellent !! Their prices are lowest I discouvered on the Web !! They supply product that is NOT available locally !!
