I would suggest not using FedEx Ground service in the future ( they are incompetent ). Also, the store site explicitly stated "all cables are 568B" the 3' cables I received were 568A.

Very fast, very inexpensive cable TV cables but pretty ugly and appear to be lossy - ditto for the 75 ohm splitters. Too inexpensive to return however.

Mis-order of proper cable from webpage order glitch. Computer Cable Store promptly sent the right cable and charged my credit card for the second shipment. I returned the first cable the same day that i called and got a RMA number but have not received credit to my card for the $20 cable that was returned. This has been since February 2005. Credits take the same amount of time to process as the charge on any VISA transaction. Two months is unacceptable and satisfaction because of this is 0%. Internet shopping NEVER properly credits any merchandise because they never acknowledges that you returned it. The merchant can claim anything. They have to live with themselves. I did the right thing and promptly returned their merchandise.
