The company ships overseas but the web site does not allow for filling in the address properly.
No tracking information was available.
The order confirmation quoted the courier as Fedex but the parcel was shipped UPS.

The shipping defaulted to express overnight both times I ordered online. I had to call to get the correct shipping.

Very disappointed in the time delay. I have yet to recieve the product I ordered due to "back order." And after being told that a shipment should come in I have still yet to see any progress on my order.
