Everything was fine, not the easiest site to navigate but decent. Also needed to return and the RMA process is online and seems straight forward, other then hard to find so I had to call the toll-free number first.

There was an issue of a lost shipment on the cable and this store actually called me to follow up on the order and see how my experiance was. This really impressed me, the man was curtious and had a can do attitude. When i informed him that the shipment didn't arrive, he imediately called UPS and took care of it and even offered to send another out for me instead of waiting for the UPS people to track it down. Customer service like that will keep me comming back for sure!

excellent product and excellent price. Called because of my mistake and they tried to resolve it quickly. Price was so cheep on cable that I purchased that I just kept it instead of returning it. Probably will need it in the future.
