I ordered a phone from Cordless and got it in good time, but when I used it, the reception was poor. I e-mailed their customer support and got an answer back within hours. They had no problem with my return and gave me some advice about another phone...
This merchant is a fraud. Sent me a defective product. I returned it and was only reimbursed for 88% of the purchase price. They kept the other 12% to line their pockets.
I have seen many other reviews where other customers had the same experience. They send a defective or refurbished unit. When it gets returned the customer still gets whacked even though it is no fault of their own.

Totally shocked!!!! That's how I felt when my phone came in the mail. When I ordered the phone, I figured it would take a week or two. You can imagine how shocked I was when it came in a couple of days. I ordered the Panasonic KX-TG4000B. I love this phone. Well worth the money. I cleaned up the clutter. Got rid of 4 caller ID's and 4 answering machines.

I dont recommend this store. Awfully bad customer service.Bought a phone arrive late. Called customer service hold for 23 min, next thing u know, beep, pls leave a mesage. WHy let me listen to music for 23mins before "leave a voice message" came up?
Very upset. Thinking of canceling the order, but guess what : 20% restocking fee no matter what- Even though the product is defective send you a refurbished one even if is not your fault.
Before buy anything from this company, call the customer service and pretend u bought something and would like to return it, experience it yourself.

I ordered the Siemens 8825 with one extra 8800 handset. I received my order promptly as ordered. Price was very competitive and service was excellent. This phone is outstanding. It offers lots of features, and setup is very intuitive and user friendly. I have been impressed with the excellent reception. I wish the base set could be hung on a wall, and had a longer cord for the handset. The ability to simply plug in the additional handsets makes this an outstanding choice for home as well as businesses---no need for extra wiring. Having had several bad experiences with inexpensive cordless phones, I would say this is well worth the investment.

They shipped me two defective products and expect me to pay postage and 15% restocking fee. I would not deal with this firm again and should have shopped at a local store where I would not have had this problem!

Ordered 2 filters, only one arrived. Tracking (only one tracking number given) indicated that the order was delivered. Follow-up with customer service resolved the problem and the second filter was shipped and received. Made me wonder if in the future I should order each item seperately in order to have a seperate tracking order for each. Sounds like a weakness in the process when more than one item is ordered. Just a 2 weeks after ordering an air purifier from you, I ordered another air purifier model from Livingincomfort.com. I wished I had just ordered it from Web Stores America instead. Your customer service, speed of shipping, and communication were just leaps and bounds above Livingincomfort.com. The product that I received did not work; however, it was not due to any malfunction on the part of Web Stores. We received a replacement and did not have to pay for shipping. The communication was constant and I will shop there again. The prices are extremely reasonable and it is nice to have products shipped to your door rather than fight the crowds.
