UPS delivered phone to wrong address which took a call from me to UPS to get it straightened out. UPS did call Cordless Phones America on my behalf.
Note: Many people who need an amplified phone are older & have other disabilites such as poor eye sight. This phone's numbers on the buttons are too small. Also the phone isn't as loud as it I think it should be.

The site was nice and easy to navigate. Their selection was good. I had to return the phone I purchased because it didn't have enough amplification and I found their return policy to be a little restrictive, plus I had to do a follow-up in order to get my card credited. I think if you need a regular cordless phone, you'd do best to check with Target or some of youe local electronics retailers for a much lower price.
