I found a web site about air filters, was able to evaluate the options, select the items I wanted, place the order all in one sitting. The items came in 2 boxes, 3 days apart. The firts did not contain a n operating manual. Your customer service indicated I would need to contact the manufacturer, which I have done. All is fine. Machines are cleaning my air and I am breathing much better. Thank you.

This is a quick and very easy way to purchase what I need without ever leaving my office. Go to the website, find my materials, pay with my credit card and within a matter of a couple of days, I have the product. Very good customer relations when a person has problems or questions. I will use this website again.

The product that I received did not work; however, it was not due to any malfunction on the part of Web Stores. We received a replacement and did not have to pay for shipping. The communication was constant and I will shop there again. The prices are extremely reasonable and it is nice to have products shipped to your door rather than fight the crowds. The website is extremely informative.
