I return a costume in July and have yet to receive a REFUND

Overall good shopping experience. Too bad I cannot say the same about returns. I return a costume in July via FedEx and I have yet to receive a refund. I've emailed Costume Discounters countless times on separate occassions and have yet to receive a response. I've called customer service two times and I've been told that a manager will call me back only to receive no response.

Good experience, very fast shipping

I was hesitant to purchase from Costume Discounters because they aren't one of the "big" Halloween stores on the Web...but the costume I wanted was sold out on every other costume site and the prices I found on eBay were ridiculously high. I'm glad I decided to move forward with the purchase...I received my my costume in only TWO days. The site did freeze after purchasing so I wasn't sure if it did in fact go through (my only complaint) but I immediately received a confirmation via email. Will definitely consider buying from them again!

I ordered from Costume discounters about 2 weeks prior to Halloween and it says garenteed before halloween and now it is past halloween and no costume, no call, no email back. I have charged for something I still have not received. Next step is to call and get angry. This company is a big scam and I will NEVER use them again. Anyone who reads this hopefully it prevents you from getting screwed over.

I wish the sizes had been better identified. On the web page it said 8to 10 on the costume label we received it said 5 to 7. We squeezed into it!

The website says "same day shipping" - it took 5 days before they shipped the items, even though the website said all items were in stock. It then took another 6 days before I received the items. When I called customer service they told me that the website was wrong. This appears to be false advertising.

I am returning the costume. It comes in one size, supposedly fitting up to size 12 adult. I am a size 10 and the costume was much too small.

My shopping experience was excellent. Shipping time was amazing. I placed the order on Monday and without asking for expedited shipping, I received the product on Tuesday. I was amazed.

My only minor problem was when I wanted to track my shipment. The website gave me a tracking #, but I couldn't tell how it was shipped (UPS, USPS, FedEX, etc..) so I had to e-mail customer service to track the order.
