I placed an order and paid for it 12 days ago and have yet to receive the item. According to my account the order was received at the warehouse and was due to be delivered to me two days ago. Why does it take so long to get the merchandise when you have been paid?

Ordered a diapr bag in time for it to arrive before I returned from the hospital with my baby. I received the wrong bag and am now waiting for the correct bag to be delivered. Since it was a company error, the correct bag should have been overnighted and I should have received a discount for my inonvenience, none of which was offered. Customer service was helpful and nice, however, on the phone when I called to say I received the wrong bag.

I found the perfect diaper bag, ordered it in plenty of time 8-4-08, and it is now 8-26-08 and guess what? The bag is nowhere near my address. It was shipped 8-6-08, went to jackson Mi and has not moved since then. I just can't say enough!!!!!
