Printer was delivered at my office Friday. My address was misspelled on the shipping bill and apparently caused a two day delay with the shipping service. I had to request the tracking number once my item wasn't delivered the day that it was suppose to be here by and clear it up with UPS. But, printer arrived new as advertised! And I was discounted the shipping cost for the mix up.

Terrible experience. A headache and waste of time. Four days after ordering I received no confirmation so I called (left voice mail since they don't have people answering phones) and emailed to see if there was a problem. I received no response. Then I checked Epinions and found that many many people were having terrible experiences. I can't figure out why bizrate's rating of this store isn't more accurate. Stay away from these crooks.

I should have known better. Price was too good to be true. They confirmed my order but that was the end of it. After 2 weeks I began emailing and calling. No response to emails. Telephone number at their website did not answer and eventually was full and accepted no more messages. I'm guessing the glowing reports from other "buyers" are made up by the company. Wish they didn't have my credit card number.

Ordered last friday and recieved an email later that day that it had shipped. I got my ipod yesterday, tuesday afternoon. I enjoyed my new ipod hooking it up to my car stereo this morning on my way to work. Great products, great discount and in my opinion an all around great online business. thanks guys

i tried ordering a canon powershot sd110 digital camera. i did promptly receive a confirmation email, but never an email saying that it had shipped in the 1-2 business days like they promise. i wrote maybe 10 emails before i got a response saying that they wouldn't ship it to a non-billing address (i'm at college, my billing address is at my parents house back home). and still after that, i have no idea what the status of my order is and it's been close to a week!
i tried cancelling my order via email AND phone (only to get a voicemail each and every time) and am now concerned being that they have my credit card #.

I found the canon powershot that I wanted on sale. I recieved the camera ontime. Ordering was not a hassle as with most discount retailers with all the calling to sell you more crap before your order ships. overall a smooth transaction. I will shop here again.

Do NOT touch this company!!! Read all the bad reviews below mine for enough reasons why (I'm not convinced the good reviews are real. If you look at the dates they come in batches of 3 on the same day then only bad ones in between).
I could not track delivery. All my emails were ignored. The hone number does not exist. 1 week later and still nothing. When I came back here and read the other bad stories I became very worried. I cancelled my card immediately. Apparently the bank sent the money but they didn't send a receipt so fortunately the payment was cancelled.

Overall, I never had a problem purchasing from Digital Electronics 4 Less. Purchasing online worked for me ok but I did place the order on Sunday and the status showed will ship today when it actually did not ship till Monday. Not sure if anyone works on weekends. That was the only disappointing thing I had.

The product came brand new unopened. I saved $69 from what it was advertised at my local electronics store. The camera shipped on Monday and reached me on Thursday. FedEx actually delivered one day earlier than scheduled on their tracking site! It was an overall satisfying buying experience.

One of those rare businesses that delivers better than expected. They had the lowest price on a canon a640 and it arrived faster than advertised. No pressure, no hassle. It's the only place I shop for digital cameras now.

I have called and e-mailed several times and I haven't heard any response. If anybody knows how I can get my money back please let me know. I wish I had looked for a review before ordering, but I didn't.

I finally over worked my old printer and needed to replace it asap. I found a new comparible printer on sale and estimated shipping time appeared to be alright. It took several days longer for my order to ship out so my order arived a little late. I am satisfied with the printer. But, it did arrive later than I expected.

I found them from shopping.com and they had not only the best price on the item, but also good reviews. My purchase went really smoothly. They also included the actual rebate form for me, stapled with a copy of my receipt, which was nice. I'd recommend them.

Their website was easy to navigate and order from. They had the best price I could find on the web for the item I was looking for, even with the shipping included. The order was placed and it shipped the same day. It arrived three days later!

Three weeks after ordering the camera and after sending 2 e-mails asking for the status of the shipment, I was informed that the item was out of stock. I checked their website today and the item is still listed at the same price.

I tried to order an Ipod Touch for my daughter's Christmas present on 12/11 - they claimed it shipped the following day and charged my credit card, but didn't email any tracking information.  I went back and forth through email with these jerks and they claimed that there was "a slight delay" in shipping the Ipod that was Amazon's fault.  All lies.  As of 12/30 still had not received the item and asked for a refund.   They did refund my credit card and said that their supplied was back ordered.  They just confirmed that the first email about the Ipod shipping was a lie.  Amazon should pull these guys from their site immediately.

My printer showed up on my door step today. The shipping time was about average. From the time I placed my order it took about a week. Everything was as described and the price was great so I am happy.

I just recently moved and my printer was damaged during the trip. So I needed a good replacement in a hurry. After searching online I finally settled on an hp and this store had the best price at the time and I was looking to spend as little as possible. I recieved shipping confirmation a few days after placing my order and my order arrived a few days after that. I would describe my shopping experience here to be pretty cut and dry. No problems, from an experienced online shopper who knows how to find the deals I would rank this one near the top of my list.

Good price, delivered on time, brand new sealed in the box with all the accessories as described. I've used them before and I will continue to use them.

I ordered a PDA for my son's birthday last week. I feel lucky I came across the sale the day that I did because the next day the price was $30 more. I got my son's pda on time for his birthday at a very competitive price. My wife a penny penchers and look to save money whereever we can these days, so I would say that I was pleased with the level of service that I got.

My entire experience was done on-line. The order was placed, and they confirmed the order promptly giving me instructions for tracking. They followed up with another email telling me when to expect shipment. It was shipped promptly and arrived promptly. I can't imagine anything any easier. I ordered a digital camera from these folks and received an email the next day saying my order had shipped. 3 weeks later nothing had come, and all attempts to reach digital4less were futile. They do not respond to email, phone messages or faxes. All I wanted was a tracking #. This went on for two weeks. Finally, I went to my bank for a dispute. I got my money back from my bank- but please NEVER shop with this group EVER. They are truly a business black hole.

There is not a single thing to complain about with my interaction with Digital Electronics 4 Less. The price was considerably less than I could have bought it for locally, in fact it was the best price for this item that I found on the net.

My son's birthday present which is an Ipod finally showed up. It did arrive a day or two late but did come unopened brand new. My husband placed the order and his company does business with this company regularly as they have a corporate account with them for there office supplies. I got the best price and quick delivery on the item I was looking for. I knew what digital camera I wanted & found Digital Electronics 4 Less through a shopping search engine. The ordering process was painless, and the shipping was fast!

My husband ordered a canon digital camera that was on sale and we recieved the product with no problems. I decided to order another one for our nephew who is preparing to go abroad for a semester. The camera came but not the one that I ordered. It was the same model but a different color. I immediately contacted customer service and a return envelope was sent out to me in just two days. I returned the camera and recieved the correct colored camera by the end of the week. Although we recieved the wrong color camera on our last order. The mix up was quickly resolved so I am happy. We will be shopping here again.

I have a similar experience with Digital Electronics for less.
I placed an order for a printer for the lower street price.

I got same confirmation for placing the order and same noticed about the fact that it was shipped.

My credit card was charged.

I got no tracking number, my e-mails and phone call were not responded to.

I alerted my CC company, and they asked me to hold on.

I am not saying it is a scam, but without any response, it sure feels like it is. Stay put for further updates.

UPDATE:
After posting the above review, seller contacted me and said that he canceled UPS shipment since I had call my CC.
I offered him to receive the package, he said it is too late.
He finally refunded my money after I threatened him with going after his ability to use credit cards.

My Printer finally arrived about 4 days late. I was notified of the shipping delay by email. The printer came with all of the cords and ink that was supposed to be included and the printer box had not been opened prior to me opening it. Although it took a little longer than expected to get my printer, I felt they were honest and responsive to my inquiries about my order. I will be shopping here in the future.

Okay - They got me! I failed to research the reviews prior to ordering an HP Printer at a great price. This place is a scam; I never received the printer and had to take credit card action. They don't answer the phone or emails. Someone needs to go to jail!

I too have had the exact same thing happen to me. I ordered my printer two weeks ago and I have not heard from them. I have tried calling and emailing to no avail. What can we do about this? How can you let the government know that something like this exists!?

Bought two Ipods. Received my order confirmation by email before I left their site. Both arrived brand new in original ipod boxes and within a week. Best price I found on the Web!

I am a new member of Epinions.  I joined because I wanted to see what others said about Digital Electronics 4 Less.  I wish I had joined BEFORE I ordered a camera from them!!  I am still in the process with this company, having received several emails, two of which promise me that my camera will arrive via UPS from Amazon soon, soon, soon!  This was my first purchase of such a product over the internet.  I will contact my bank Monday to see if I can flag my account to prevent these people from getting my money.  If that fails, I'll go the route of others and email the company to see if I can someday get my money back from them.  What a miserable experience this is!   April 12, 2009 UPDATE:  I kept emailing DE4 Less and finally got a return email saying they were very sorry for not getting my camera to me in a timely manner.  They went on to say their supplier had the camera on "backorder", and that they would credit my card the full amount.  Two days later, the money was returned.   

I received my combo printer scanner yesterday. It arrived within the timeframe that I was told. Although the tracking number that I recieved in the confirmation email was incorrect. But, I got it ontime anyway. great

I did get my camera although it arrived about 10 days after I placed my order. I did get an explaination email explaining the delay so I guess it wasn't that bad considering the price. Will come back again but will keep in mind that there may be a delay in shipping and may take a couple of days longer to get something.

I should have checked these reviews first because I had similar abysmal experience. I placed order for Sony digital camera at great price and received usual confirmation email. However, I subsequently received an abrupt/rude email from Jeff Anderson saying they only ship to billing address (no exceptions) above $150 and I must reply or order would be canceled. I replied that this was unusual practice since they had requested and I provided CVV code from credit card and why doesn't their site say so instead of wasting my time. I accepted shipment to billing address but gave alternate neighbor address too in case no one is home. I followed-up with several emails and phone calls and finally got an email back saying order was cancelled.

Stay away from them. My concern now is they're scammers who just obtain your credit card and CVV code for subsequent fraud.

This was the best experience that I have had from a discount online store in a while. No anoying phone calls begging me to purchase more crap for my order. I receive what I ordered in a reasonable time frame. Simple and easy the way that I like it. I am in love with my new camera. Took great pictures of my new puppy!

I ordered an IPod Touch for my son for his birthday on August 29, 2009 from Digital Electronics 4 Less.  They told us the order shipped September 1 and the transit time was 3-5 days.  We are STILL waiting for our order and it is September 11.  We suspect a scam and are contacting the BBB of Illinois.  This company claims they are a member of the BBB, but they are not.  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! We have tried to contact them MANY times and they do not return phone calls or emails.  They do not list a tracking number via UPS either.  We will be taking legal action.  We are completely unsatisfied with this company and want to warn others not to buy anything from them. They seem to have a legitimate website, email address, postal address and phone number, but nobody answers when you send a correspondence to them.  Their price for the IPOD was about $20 less than retail, but they do charge quite a bit for shipping.  For $10 less than retail, it has certainly NOT been worth it.  The BBB has a file of complaints against this company already. 

I ordered a Sony dsc-T70 camera from Digital Electronics 4 Less and it was delivered later the same week. Price was the best I could find, delivery was speedy.

My camera was delivered on time by UPS and everything was there as ordered however UPS left the package in front of my building and I found it there when I came home. Fortunately!! Suggest that you require UPS get a receipt for delivery!!

They sent an e-mail stating the printer had been shipped, this was a lie. You think your getting a good deal, now I just trying too get my money back. Terrible service.  Ordered a printer for a good price and they let my order set for over 48 hours and then just cancelled it without notifying me either by phone or by email and they had both, as I got the order confirmation from them.  After sending them an email requesting an explanation there has been no response 48 hours later.
I did notice that they raised the price of the printer by $10 since my order, but they definitely should honor their price as stated and ordered, especially if they confirm it.

Unfortunately, I found this website too late.  2 weeks ago I ordered a Canon SD750 which hasn't shown up. My credit card was charged, and I received an email stating that my camera had been shipped 2 days after I had "bought" it online.  I left several emails, and phone calls which have been ignored.  I'm a preschool teacher and don't make much money in the first place. I was so excited to finally get the camera I've been wanting for a long time at a good price, and now I find out that I've been robbed! I feel so hurt, and stupid for falling for a scam. From now on I will ONLY buy from well known and established companies. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

The sales price on the nikon camera that I ordered was not to shabby so I figured what the heck and placed an order. I was all around pleased with the timely fashion that my order was shipped (I recieved shipping conformation the next day). My order arrive maybe five days later in the new nikon packaging and had not been tampered with. I took some pictures today and they turned out great. I also got some great advice from one of there sales reps about a few accessories that I might pick up in the future.

My order arrived intact but the packing material used was not sufficient. They need to put more packing in the box so the camera box does not slide around. Other than that I recieved great service and got my camera at a great price.

The ipod arrived in time for my overseas flight tomorrow. The package was delivered this morning as promised. Thanks , I appreciate the fast shipping. I will be sure to consider your great deals this coming holiday season.

The pda that I purchased was on backorder last week. I checked this week and it was back in stock and also on sale! I quickly placed my order and received it later in the week. I am very pleased with the service that I received.

The printer I received (I wrote a Nov. 12, 2009 review) was not the wireless model as advertised.  It was the standard model.  I sent an email to Electronics 4 Less and they responded about a week later.  They apologized and offered a significant discount, if I chose to retain the lessor grade printer.  They also offered to absorb all shipping costs whether I returned the printer or kept it.  I chose to keep it and about one week later my account was charged the new and agreed upon (correct) amount. This seems to have completed the matter and no further erroneous charges have been made.

What a waste of time trying to deal with this company! I ordered a printer for my daughter to take back to college with her. I received a confirmation email with a blank where the tracking info should have been, and then...nothing! Calling is fruitless because it's an automated system which is never answered. Emails also went unanswered. Now, almost 2 weeks later, I've officially cancelled my order with them and ordered another elsewhere. Fortunately, the only good that's come of this is that my card was never charged. Unfortunately, however, she's heading back to campus tomorrow, so I'll have to give her the printer from home and just do without until the new one arrives. This company has caused nothing but aggravation and inconvenience, and I fail to see why they have a website that they obviously don't maintain! Avoid at all costs!

I ended up getting a better quality camera close to the same price I would have paid for the cheaper model. I am very pleased with my shopping experiance all around. Good shipping rates also and on time delivery. I will refer you guys and come back in the future.

I suspect this is a fly-by-night company. The prices are too good to be true - I ordered a Tungsten T3 priced at $50 less than the normal price. That was two weeks ago, and I still haven't gotten it. I got a shipping notice last week, but since the tracking on the site isn't working, and they refuse to just send me the tracking number, I'm guessing the shipping notice is a lie. I also suspect that all of the positive reviews for this store are made up, as they're all pretty recent, and they all have no prior reviewing histories. Basically, I'm guessing the whole store is just a scam, they bait you with great prices and do God-knows-what with your credit card number after you fall for it. If I eventually do get my item, I'll post a retraction, but as of now, the future of my order doesn't look too promising. Trust me, the low prices aren't worth it. Don't waste your time.

The camera did show up as promised this week. Email communication was a bit delayed with this company. I ended up getting my camera before I got a reply to my emails. But, delivery was on time. will check them out again.

I ordered it and it arrive three days later just time to replace my old one for a project that I am currently working on. I am not a new customer and have ordered from you gents before. I bought a Canon Sd790.  Two days later I received an email stating that it was shipped.  I received a new email stating it was shipped via their partner, Amazon.com. I received an email the same day saying it should be there by the end of the week. It was not. By the second week, I was nervous because it looked like my camera was lost in the mail. I requested a tracking number and did not receive one. I wrote back asking where it was. I received another email saying it was shipped and should be there by the end of the week. It was not. I wrote another email requesting the tracking number.  I received an email back 2 days later stating that the money was being refunded and they were ever so sorry, but there was a problem with the stock. If the product was never in stock, how was it shipped 2 weeks beforehand?  Also, they still list this camera on their site - but now for more money than I originally paid.  Fortunately, my money was refunded. Please DO NOT business with them.

I was a little uneasy ordering from this company. I did not know who they were and you hear a lot of horror stories from Internet Merchants. However, their prices were so good, I decided to try my luck. I was extremely pleased and impressed by their professionalism and speed of delivery. OVERALL GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!

Ordered an HP mini 1010NR last March 30. Received an email last April 1 that it was shipped through Amazon.com. However, it's been 2 weeks and the item hasn't arrived. Tried to contact the Digital Electronics 4 Less through email and phone but they haven't replied. I already canceled my order through email and have contacted my credit card to dispute the transaction.

Horrible company! Customer service is non existent. They just sent you an email that states your order has been shipped but with no tracking number. No response to email follow-ups and phone calls! This site should be taken off the net!

They had the cheapest price on the Apple ipod that I wanted, and they had good ratings. Therefore, I purchased through them. I would do it again in a heart beat. Great merchant.

To be honest, I was a little worried after I had placed my order and had read some of the reviews. I placed an order for a Palm T5 and was told that it would ship within 1-2 days and that I would get an email confirmation. One day past and I still hadn't received an email, so the next day I emailed them. I was told that my order hadn't shipped out yet but it was going to ship out that day. After emailing them again later that day, I was finally emailed a shipping confirmation. I did receive my item 5 days after ordering, which I think is fast and I'm very pleased with my item. If you don't mind following up and making a few emails then I would use this business. The money that I saved from buying from them was worth the few emails that I made.

Ordered item, got a confirmation email, followed by an email that item had shipped. 3 weeks later, no item. Got no response to an email, no response to phone call. Finally got an email cancelling order. I replied that I wanted my item, not a cancellation - of course, got no response (their standard M.O.)

I can only say I should have checked Epinions before doing business with this company. My experience: identical to the people who have posted since December '08 (and maybe earlier). Next day confirmation; claim that item was shipped from Amazon.com, "should arrive next week." Guess what? Next week just went. No camera, but credit card charged. Only an answering machine when I call to ask about my order.  I'm not expecting a call back. Now time to call the cops, as another reviewer suggested.

Worst buying experience I had online. I've been waiting for 10 days now for the Tungsten T5 Palm. They advertise these low prices to bait you and then after you purchase the item they send you an email saying item was shipped with a link to UPS, but NO tracking number. I left several phone messages due to no one answering the phone. Sent several emails with no response to any of them. These people should not be allowed to conduct business online. I'm personally going to contact several agencies for internet fraud.

Vendor will not respond to email or voice mail requests for RMA for item to be returned. Appears to be a scam and I am suprised Yahoo is still affiliated with them.

Worst shopping experience on line ever. They told me a day after I ordered an Apple Ipod for my son that it was being shipped. Shipped to me means they are sending it. They not only didn't send it, they didn't return any of my email requests for information as to the shipment or any of my phone calls. This is the worst site I have ever purchased anything from on line. Run from this company and advise all your friends to stay away. I hope this company goes out of business. Now I have to scramble to find my son an Ipod before Christmas.

I was pleased with the prompt service that I got in regards to my order being delivered in a timely fashion.  I needed a quality camcorder for a business dinner that was being held for a client. I found the price of the camcorder that I purchased to be competitively priced and met all of my needs. I recieved my order within the week so great. Will recommend them in the future.

This "store" is a total scam. There is no business as Digital Electronics 4 less, City Electronics, or Wilson Electronics, LTD listed on the Illinios Secretary of State Corporate Division website. The address is the UPS Store on West Van Buren in Chicago and when I contacted them, they stated their mailboxes only go up to 420 or so. The "Suite 502" does not exist. I intend upon persuing this matter to its fullest extent if a refund is not granted by my credit card company. The merchant account has to have some contact info that can be reached. Call the phone number and it goes straight to a vioce mail recording. The phone number on your credit card bill goes to the same recording. Your email will not be answered. I am out $200 and I now fear that my credit card info will be comprimised as a different person has stated.  Jeff Anderson should be behind bars and will be someday I am sure. I am now a more educated internet shopper.

SCAM - No tracking number on order - no identification on voice mail of vendor business name - just recorded message saying "leave a message" which I did 3 times with no reply. Email response just said shipped and that was 8 days ago with no change.

Easy ordering process. The UPS tracking information was informative. My item was received promptly and was brand new as described. I would order from Digital Electronics 4 Less again without hesitation.

I was in need of a better quality printer. I was able to find an upgrade at a very competitive price here. My printer arrived to my office wittin a week of placing the order and recieving confirmation. I was pleased with the level of service and the competitive price.

Let me start by saying I didn't read the terrible reviews until after I had placed my order for a Canon A640 & I was very nervous. I placed my order on Friday @ 5pm est., and I received the same emails stating my order had been shipped & linked me to a dead UPS link. I sent a follow up email on Monday morning asking for the tracking #. I finally received an email with the FedEx tracking # this morning(Wednesday)the same day my camera was delivered & it was delivered by 10:30am, brand new in the box w/ a correspondence to Circuity City. I was very relieved to know that my order & delivery turn around time was great. So I have to give this company a great review. I would give excellent if I would have received a reply to my email the same day I sent it.

Shipping time was great. I got my printer the same week that I ordered it. The box was busted during shipping and was taped up by the shipping company. But, I guess that isn't there fault. Nothing fell out and my printer wasn't damaged. I did email them about the incident anyway, and they apologized and offered me an exchange if I feel that anything was damaged. I refused since it worked fine, but am happy with the service that I recieved.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!   I ordered a Canon 2000 Digital camera in August , when I e-mailed them in september they told me that the order was sent to a company in new york and they were back ordered and was told I would receive the camera in 2 weeks.  when I didn't receive it, I tried calling and leaving messages to no avail and again, they answered me through e mail telling me that they the camera was back ordered and they had no idea when it would be in so they would credit my account.  I have never received a credit.  I have reported them to the BBB and they came back with the address is bogus.  I will be contacting the attorney general in Illinois tomorrow morning.  DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a camera from this company in late July, 2009.  Afterwards, I checked forums about this company, and I wish I had checked ahead of time.  I received an e-mail from digital electronics 4 less, stating that my camera was not in stock and they would not charge my credit card.  Nothing else happened until I received my September credit card bill with a charge for something purchased at Dell Services.  This company used my credit card later on to purchase a camera for someone else!  I'm glad I caught it.  I should be reimbursed by Dell, but some people may not be so lucky.  Don't purchase from them!

To follow up on a recent review I wrote on this alleged merchant, my credit card has finally been credited with the purchase price for the item they never delivered (even though they said that they had shipped it).  However, I then cancelled my credit card account because I was very uncomfortable with this company having my credit card information.  Thanks to epinions for providing a forum for reporting scammer merchants.

I ordered a new SD1200 camera from this store on 8/25/09.  A few days later, I got an e-mail stating that my camera had been shipped and should be delivered in 1-2 business days.  The e-mail did not have a tracking number.  Since they "shipped" the order, they charged my credit card.  One week later, I still haven't gotten my camera.

I e-mailed the company early this week to find out where my order was, but I have not received a reply (their website says they reply within one hour).  I tried calling the company, but as other reviewers have noted, no one answers the phone, and you can only leave a voicemail message, which of course, is not returned.

Suspecting an issue with this company, I called my credit card company to dispute the charge.  Hopefully, I can get the charge removed from my card, but now I'm worried that the card and my information has been compromised, based on other reviewer's experiences with this company.  The company uses several different names" "Digital Electronics 4 Less", "City Electronics", "Electronics Depot: and "Wilson Electronics", none of which you can contact. 

Printer was delivered this mornig! I heard my doorbell ring and then a loud thump inside my screened porch. The delivery driver just dropped the package on the ground and left. I set everything up and nothing was damaged from the mishandling. Other than that I am extremely satisfied. I got super fast service and a great price!

PLEASE do not get sucked in by this horrible company!!! I ordered a canon pixma mx860 printer on November 1, 2009. I received an email that my order was received and that I would be notified when the printer shipped. My credit card was promptly debited for the full amount. Within hours I received an email from the company owner saying that their supplier had not shipped the printer to the company so they could not fill my order. They said that they HAD ALREADY provided a full refund to my credit card. It is November 5, 2009. Still no refund on my credit card (I called the credit card company). Digital Electronics 4 Less will not respond to my emails. HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered a Sony Dsc-t200 digital camera from Digital Electronics 4 less on Sunday night . It arrived 4 days later via UPS in new as described condition. Last year, I ordered an Apple Ipod from them that also arrived via UPS without a hitch. Great prices, no tax, low shipping fees, friendly customer support. If you like saving money, order from Digital Electronics 4 Less you'll be glad you did. Lisa

i have just ordered from digital electrionics 4 less and have also not heard a thing from them except that it is shipped. no tracking #, no responses to my emails.  the phone # and other info is as the other person who replied here has said. there should be a tracking number by now, but there isn't. i have ordered a canon sd990 is and also am thinking this is a scam...which is what brought me to this site.

i also suspect this is a scam site like the other person posted here because the phone number is a recording. you just leave a message...you don't even know the name of the company because it doesn't even give you the companies name. it is a very generic message when you call it. i emailed them 3 times and i haven't gotten any responses from them yet. i have also looked up their associated name and nothing comes up on it either. there is no way other than to email them for info which they don't seem to want to give you. i feel that i am out my money and a camera.

Do NOT ever use this scam of a merchant. Digital Electronics 4 Less does nothing but lie and cheat. It's a total scam. I repeatedly received emails saying the product I ordered was shipped but it never arrived. When I inquired as to why it didn't arrive they said the shipment was delayed. Whenever I wrote a confrontational email about the way they do business, they didn't respond. You can't get through to them on the phone and the address listed on their web site is bogus. My order was never shipped. Luckily I used my credit card and was able to get the charge reversed.

I ordered a Canon digital camera on November 29, 2008 which I NEVER received! I got the SAME generic emails that other reviewers here got from the "company" acknowledging receipt of my order and notifying me that the camera was shipped via UPS. When it didn't show up after a couple of weeks I emailed them THREE times and called that bogus phone number on their website. I got another generic email saying that there had been a "delay" but I should receive the camera later that week. IT NEVER ARRIVED!!!

Got my ipod. Great Price, but but the shipment email that I recieved from the company said my ipod would arrive by the end of last week. It did not get here until early this week. Also the tracking number that they sent me did not work. I missed the UPS driver on monday because I did not know until they where coming on monday until they left the notice on my door that they had attempted delivery and will attempt again the next day. I just wish you guys could be a little more customer service friendly.

Even with all the bad stuff I have read about Digital Electronics 4 Less I took a chance. It paid off. No problems whatsoever. On time and right on price. Excellent quality. I purchased a printer and it came on time and intact.

My order arrived at the end of the week on friday. Although, I was expecting the camera to be here at the begining of the week as the the shipment email stated. I was not able to use my new camera at my business gathering because it arrived a day later, but I did receive it and it was a great deal. I guess I am happy for the most part.

I ordered a printer from this seller and began to wonder when it would arrive.  No response via email or phone.  So I cancelled on line.  Then a printer similar to the one I ordered arrived, not from this seller, but from Staples.  And the price was different.  I suspected some sort of scam, looked here on epinions, and closed my VISA account.  What a hassle. 

By the way, the only check I did before buying was to look for and find an 800 number and an address.  Never again.  I'm going to insist on speaking to a person and check here first.

I ordered a camera mid May 2009. Days went by and I heard nothing after which I contacted them via e-mail. The reply said my item was out of stock and my order cancelled. 6 weeks later my credit card (excellent credit with no past issues of unauthorized use) was charged for an HP printer from HP Homestore and shipped to someone in Ohio. This is an item sold also by Digitalelectronics4less. They sell relatively few products. I strongly suspect the used my credit car to purchase the printer and sell it to an online customer of theirs. DO NOT trust this website with your credit card information!!!!!

My overall experience dealing with this company was outstanding. The order process was a breeze with none of those (phone back to confirm your order and sell you more stuff you don't want crap). I received my product sooner than expected without any problems. The product was more than I expected. I had an overall pleasant experience.

Company confirmed order and shipping. Charged my credit card. Took 3 emails, 1 phone call and 2 weeks of inquiry before they responded telling me they had cancelled the order and reversed the charge on my card while apologizing for the inconvenience. The product is still listed as 'in stock' on website, but at a higher price.

Not worth the hassle despite the attractive price. Would not attempt to buy from Digital Electronics 4 Less again.

I DON'T recommend this site. I'm pretty sure I have been scammed. I ordered a nikon coolpix230  on Nov. 5th and have yet to see it.  They sent me one email after my purchase that said "order shipped!" and I have sent numerous emails since then and have not gotten any response. I would strongly discourage you from ordering anything from this site!

Ordered an Canon sd750 on a Monday p.m., item was shipped on Tuesday, I received it on Friday. The product came in a factory sealed box, and price was the best I found. Very positive shopping experience.

Digital Electronics 4 Less (DE4L) had a good price on a Canon SD750 so I ordered it and promptly received an e-mail confirmation. The next day I received another e-mail saying that they could not verify my credit card address and had canceled the order. I went back and verified that I had supplied the correct credit card number and address. Now I have been using this credit card for 15 years !! No other seller has had a problem with it. It has NOT expired. I called DE4L in the middle of a workday and got an answering machine telling me that no one was available and to leave a message.

I think that DE4L simply could not obtain that camera for the price quoted and found an excuse to cancel my order. I don't think that they are a retail store but merely act as a middleman.

Since I've only had one dealing with them I'll not be too critical but I don't think they have much merchandise and I think that you should shop elsewhere.

We received our printer on time. I would have liked a faster response to our emails. It took over a day for them to get back to me about a question. But I did get my printer and will look for this company in the future.

I placed an order to Digital Electronics 4 Less for a HP C7280 printer on May 21, 2008. I received an email from them on May 23, 2008 stating that they had shipped it via Amazon.com and I should expect my printer sometime next week. At the end of the week I still had not received the printer. I started emailing and calling them, but as other reviewers stated, the call just goes to automated voice mail and I have never received a response from the email. I called Amazon.com and they said that they did not have an order shipping to me from Digital Electronics 4 Less. I looked at my checking account and I see that they took money out of my account on May 27, 2008. They claimed to have shipped the printer on May 23, 2008. I used the 3.5 check marks to assure myself that they were a good merchant, but apparently I needed to read all reviews before placing my order. I hope to get my printer or my money back.

I ordered my product on July 18th but I did not received it until the 30th. They also took my money out before it even shipped, so that was kind of scary. The first tracking number they provided did not work, which was equally scary. I emailed them for the correct tracking number and they did reply the next day with one that worked. They also sent me my product in the wrong color, but I'm not about to send it back and wait another 3 weeks.

They do reply to emails, but communication is limited. They won't go into detail about your order and their emails look generic.

The shipping is really, really slow.

Go to a more secure and well-known website.

I ordered an HP printer from this site on August 8th, and was told it would ship in 1-2 days and that I'd receive email confirmation. It's now the 17th, I've sent two email messages without reply. I've also tried the customer service phone number 10 times at this point, and there's no answer. And like other reviewers I'm bugged because I've now wasted a week waiting, and because they have my credit card number! Don't bother.

I emailed several time but no response. After a month I saw a credit back to my credit card. For all this duration there was no response. After receiving a confirmation 3 weeks ago that my order would be shipped in 1-2 days, and that I would receive shipping confirmation, I phoned customer service. I called repeatedly and there simply has been NO ANSWER. I just checked my credit card and see that it has not been charged, so I assume that means that they have taken no action at all. Reading these reviews I see my experience is not isolated; I should have checked before I made my order. I've sent an email to cancel my order and am moving to another merchant. I hope I won't have any difficulty with them.

PHISHING web site! I thought I'd bought a Canon Camera in June 2009, and it was never delivered to me. Instead I got an email saying that it was out of stock. Then yesterday someone bought a Nikon Coolpix for 185 dollars on target.com with...my credit card information! Needless to say, I never bought that Nikon product! It's not just suspicious, it's a real phishing web site. DON'T SHOP THERE!

This company is committing FRAUD!!  Do not place orders on this site!! You may receive the product you ordered but BE AWARE that this company is taking your money and using STOLEN credit cards to purchase your order on the actual manufactorer's website (which is more expensive). If you place an order with Digital Electronics for Less, you are allowing this company to commit fraud against an innocent victim.  Your merchandise will be marked by the manufactorer as stolen and your local law enforcement may come knocking on your door because you have committed a crime.  It doesn't matter that you unknowingly participated - it is still a felony!! It's not worth it - DON'T DO IT!

I ordered a digital camera (sony dsc-w7) and I got an email saying that the order has been shipped with a link to track the shipment. But that link didn't show any information on the shipment. I replied back and asking them for the UPS tracker number. I got another email saying that the order is backorder and that a third party affiliate circuitCity.com will ship the order. Do NOT order anything from this site.

Purchased a JVC GR-D250 Mini DV camera hoping to get it for my birthday in mid November. Put in the order about a week and a half before, hoping that would be enough time. First tracking number was a fake and did not show anything, phone number is not legit and barely any response by e-mail. After 2 weeks I called the credit card company and that area's local police because either way, he now had my credit car info. Amazingly, after all this they sent me an e-mail with a FedEx tracking number that turned out to be legit, after 3 weeks my camera DID finally arrive. Although, the "FedEx" truck was actually a rental box truck, which I found very odd. But, the delivery guy had a FedEx uniform; so maybe one of the trucks was just broken down. Although I got a great price I don't believe it was worth all these stupid problems.

I have ordered 4 times now, and each time the order was shipped within one day, and I received it within 4 days of shipping. The communication is awesome with e-mails replied to quickly, and the purchase online through the site could not be much easier. I will shop again, and will spread the word.

I had purchased a Sony Digital Camera from digital Electronics 4 Less on the 13th of April. I received the usual confirmation e-mails. Like every consumer, I did my research (obviously not enough) and looked for the best price from the most legitimate website.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, as stated from other posters, their do not respond to their e-mail and v-mail messages.

Got my camera. It finally got to me last friday 7 days after I ordered it. A bit longer than I expected. I am pleased with the camera, my other one is broken and it did get here in time for my family vacation. So I guess all well ends well.

I ordered a canon inkjet printer for my home office. I wanted it sent to my neighbors home since I am not at home during the day so that she can sign for it. They had a problem doing this and contacted me since the printer is a bit expensive. I agreed to have it sent to my home. The printer was shipped and I recieved it later in the week although I had to go to UPS and pick it up since I am not at home when they deliver and did not want it left in front of my home. I did save almost 25% on the printer and in these hard economic times my money is worth way more than a little bit of my time. In all I was very satisfied with the savings.

My camera was waiting at the front door for me when I got home. It had been sitting outside all day in the cold and had an inch of snow on the box. Although, this was the delivery drivers fault not digitals 4 less fault. Other than that the service and value that I recieved was great. I had no problems and my order arrived sooner than expected. thanks for the great service and value. Karrol

It was simple, as it should be. I found the product on-line, ordered it on-line and received it on time. No hassle, and no stupid sales calls.

For the most part it was good. Customer service could have been a bit quicker to respond to emails. I would have liked to be updated just a little more during the shipping process but I am satisfied with my purchase.

not satisfied at all, ordered on 11/7, got email confirmation of order and confirmation of shipping on 11/8. Was billed promptly but received no camera. On 11/19 finally received email stating the product was not in stock (website clearly states that it is instock) and that they have refunded my money. I am still waiting for that refund. Do not shop here!

My wife and I were looking for a great deal on the Sony dsc-w7 digital camera and we tried ebay with being outbid at the last minute, then we found Digital Electronics 4 Less and it was the best deal on the net on that day. We bought the camera, and 4 days later we had it in our hands, Digital Electronics 4 Less was quick to ship, very accurate and seems to be a great company to use, I know that we will choose Digital Electronics 4 Less when we are looking for a new camera down the road!

I ordered a camera on 11/6/09 and promptly received an email confirming my order.  Then on 11/9/09 I received two more emails, one stating that my order had shipped, the other stating that it was shipped from a third party, Amazon.com.  I still have not received the camera (even though they said I should receive it in 2-3 days), and have made several attempts to contact the vendor by email (I have been unable to find a telephone number), but have received no reply.  Amazon.com has no record of my shipment either.  I bought the camera especially for a trip I am taking soon, and I am disappointed to know it will probably not arrive before I leave.  Needless to say I am VERY DISSATISFIED with this vendor - if only they would reply to email, that would be something...

We purchased several printers for our new office. We were very please with the timely shipping and great value! The printers arrived faster than the little packages of extra ink cartridges we ordered from another online store. We are just happy to have got a great value and to have gotten exactly what we paid for. Many thanks!

Stay Away...SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK....I ordered the HP Officejet 6500 Wireless..posted for $119.95..much cheaper than others..they do not return phone calls, nor emails.
Got the same email about order being shipped with no tracking number.
After reading reviews, I decided to cancel my credit card...I do not want a company like this to have my financial information...too risky!!  I don't think they have the product, just want to string me along, like others....no way...

I rate this company at zero.  They quote a price, low ball, charge your credit card then cancel the order and refuse to refund the charged amount. Wouldn't suggest this site to anyone. My experience with them was not a good one.

I ordered a Sony Digital camera from Digital Electroniucs 4 Less on 9-14-09 in which my credit card was billed $149.90. On 9-15-09, I received an email that my camera had been shipped by UPS Ground Service. thru a third party, namely Amazon.On 9-23-09 I received another email from Jeff Anderson stating that the camera would be arriving in another week or so. On 10-01-09 I received yet another email from Digital Electronics 4 Less:"I sincerely apologize about not being able to get your order to you in a timely manner. Our supplier experienced a temporary backorder of that particular item. I have issued you a full refund back to your credit card. Once again I do apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you."

As of 10-12-09 I still have not received my refund to my credit card in the amount of $149.90.

10-15-09-I received an update from my Bank earlier today stating"It could take Digital Electronics 4 Less 90 days to credit my credit card" the monies paid for the Sony Cybershot they never sent to me that I had ordered on 9-14-09.

THANK YOU to all of you who came before me!  I ordered a Canon camera on 7/31/09 and when I checked the order status and it had not shipped within the 2 days promised, I sent an email and was given the same response as everyone else - my item was not in stock and my order had been cancelled.  Upon seeing a review that this company is allegedly using your submitted credit card information to commit fraud, I immediately called my credit card company and had the charge removed (yes, they had already put the charge through, even though the item hadn't shipped!!!), and had the card cancelled.  Again, thank you all for helping me to avert what could have turned out to be a nightmare!!!

My ipod did show up earlier this week. The customer service that I recieve left much to be desired, but my ipod was shipped and and arrived on time. I would say they are a decent honest company with some customer service issues. But, will check them out again because there prices are some of the best.

I ordered a Canon PowerShot SX110 IS digital camera for the same reason others have noted on this website, the price was the lowest I could find.  I did not read information about Digital Electronics 4 Less until 2 weeks have passed and I still have not received my camera, nor have I had any response from the company by e-mail or by phone.  The phone number allows for voicemails or faxes only; there is no way to speak to a live person.  I have sent 2 e-mails as well with no response.  I wish I had spent an extra $40 and bought the camera at my local Wal-Mart.  Buyers beware; use a reputable company instead.  There are too many reviews with bad (and very similar) experiences.

Ordered an HP Officejet 6480.  Same as other people order confirmed then shipped after two weeks sent more emails saying bank to file fraud charges then today order canceleed and money returned due to problem with supplier.  These are bad people do not trust them in any way.

I purchased a Canon PIXMA 860 all-in-one printer/scanner/fax for $119.95 plus $9.95 shipping ($129.90 total).  The price was $50 less than the next best price I could find online for this model (excluding shipping).  Printer arrived 7 days after order was placed and had been drop-shipped from Staples.  So while the shipping was a little on the slow side, I was not in any hurry to receive the item, so it was well worth the 1 week wait for the price.  No problems with order accuracy/customer service.

 Friday 06/19/09 two day's after i made my order from de4l and yesterday i did receive three  
e-mail the first one was to confirm my order the second was to say that i forgot to put my last name on my order.  and thethird one said that my order was shipped. as of right now i have sent five e-mails in the last two day's and made phone calls and have not received any call back or e-mail  so much for getting back to the customer within one hour durning the hours listed. i went on the link that was on my conformation and it said that the item that i did order was no longer available and that my order was canceled. go to the better business bureau and put their name in and you will see their history. it is time to file a complaint the money was applied to my credit card which i did shut the card down. so i guess the next step is to file a complaint with the bbb and with the attorney general of ILL and MICH. AND I wonder if the people that wrote the good reviews were true.

I ordered an iPod on 9/12/08. I received confirmation of the order and that it shipped on 9/15/08 UPS. It is 10 days later and I have still not received an item that was supposed to take 3-5 days delivery. I have tried to contact them by e-mail and by phone with no success. They have not replied as they say on their webpage...in less than an hour. I have had no response. I have called my credit card company and have put the amount in dispute.

I ordered a Canon Pixma 860 for $109 on 10/31/09 and by 11/16/09 all I had to show for my purchase was a series of frustrating excuses in my email box.
The repeated excuse was the item was being shipped by their 3rd party affiliate and I should have it by the end of the week.
The next week I emailed (Jeff Anderson), repeatedly asking for a tracking number but I was never given one. 
Finally, I had to call the bank and file a dispute and to get my money refunded because i never received the item or tracking number and ordered a new credit card for added security because this person obviously cannot be trusted with privileged information.
I should've known better than to order goods from a company that doesnt even have a legitimate businees phone number (my fault).
Seems like the old adage if it's too good to be true and you get what you pay for.
Seems like this person is more like a broker than an actual owner of goods. I'm sure he doesn't have a warehouse full of goods, employees and health benefits..LOL
A step up from a street con artist. A BS-er for sure.

No communication. Placed an order over a week ago. Received "order confirmation" email stating the product will ship in 1-2 business day and will notify with shipment tracking number. It's been over 10 days and still no shipment or tracking number. Furthermore, there's no contact telephone number for the company. I sent an email to cancel my order. I hope they will not be charging my credit card (which will be dispute).

Lotsa frustration, aggrevation. What a waste of time!   

I should have listened to my mom: "If it seems too good to be true, it is". The price of the Canon I ordered was unbeatable...too bad I never received it! Never responded to emails or calls, no tracking number given, TERRIBLE experience!

Avoid this merchant at all costs!

CC company gave me the phone number that matches this store...called same generic voice mail msg that everyone's describing... so far no call back...wrote email today, see what happens. Calling CC company to try to get my money back in 2 days.

I ordered something friday night its only sunday but when i saw the email they sent me confirming my purchase it seemed fishy. Now i've read alot of these reviews and im worried i just got robbed for 300bucks. ill update this in a few days seeing as how my camera should be arrive this week hopefully for my sake.

Everything went very smoothly and nothing unexpected occurred. Was pleased with entire process. Will look to shop here over the holidays. Great Price!

I have no opinion of this store, but I do find it interesting that almost every positive review this retailer has gotten has been from someone with an underscore in their name. Coincidence?
