This store runs a scam. They send you the wrong product. Then
they want to charge you more for sending the correct one.
They lie over and over. After a month that they have your money
they tell you to take it up with your credit card company.

Took 20 days to tell me they couldn't fill the order, after telling me three times the order was just delayed.  Great prices but look elsewhere if you expect to actually receive what you order.

Great Work Digital Mega Store.  6/5 Ordered Samsung Blu Ray at the lowest price I could find, by far.  6/7 email requesting call to confirm purchase.  DMS then Confirmed by email, Invoice was Priced as quoted on line.  Shipping Free as quoted on line.  6/8 email confirmed shpment and included a tracking number and a phone number for ups.  Checking that day UPS showed it would deliver on 6/12.  Today, 6/12, they delivered.  Boxed in a larger, air pillow cushioned box, it is in great shape.  Original, factory sealed Samsung box with a packing invoice enclosed.  I can not speak to the operation of the player itself, as I am waiting for my new tv....if there is a problem, I will create a new notice on forum...but my experience with Digital Mega Store was perfect, in every way.  KUDOS to them

It's now two weeks after I placed my order. They said the order shipped last week. I live in Brooklyn, they're located in Brooklyn, it's still not here 10 days after they said it shipped. 
I emailed to ask for tracking numbers, no response.
I call the Customer Service line and I'm put on hold for HOURS. 
Their excuse was that it was drop shipped from the manufacturer. Still, no tracking number. I will be contacting the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs.
AVOID this store!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I will NOT buy from them again, nor would I recommend them to a friend! I placed an order for a Garmin watch and paid for 3-5 day shipping an extra $9.95. It has now been 17 days and still no product. I emailed customer support 2 times and no response. I called 2 times last week and each time was promised a tracking number and never got it. I called 3 times today and once was hung up on, the second time I tried to cancel my order and the CSR said that it shipped out from Florida on the 7th therefore it couldn't be canceled & promised to call me back to let me know status/tracking # and DID NOT call me back as promised, the third call this time by my husband and again was promised a tracking number and still NOTHING!! I want my money back - BUYER BEWARE!!! I am out $175!!

Total SCAMMERS! I ordered a Pioneer A/V receiver and AFTER I paid for it, I heard nothing. When I contacted them for staus, they told me it actually didn't have a warranty since the price was so low. THIS IS OPPOSITE WHAT IT SAYS ON THEIR WEBSITE WHERE IT SAYS "NEW WITH WARRANTY"!!!!!

Once they send you the product, they will not do anything if you have a problem with the product. I don't know where they get the electronics but I suspect they are refurbished. THEY WILL DO NOTHING WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH DEFECTIVE ITEMS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.

 SONY STR-DG920 Receiver at my door 2 days after online order. Factory fresh unit. Easily the cheapest price on the net, and I spent a LOT of time looking. Free delivery too. Good communication from order placement to shipping.

I purchased a Sony DSC-W170 digital camera for my daughter with a prepackage kit that included a lithum ion battery.  The battery was not compatible with the sony camera.  When we called Digital Megastore, we were basically told TOO BAD it's after the 7 days of purchase.  It took over 7 days to get the camera to begin with and yes I paid for the 3 day shipping.  You would figure that if a company would sell a prepackage kit, they would have made sure that EVERYTHING was compatible.  What kind of thieves do they have working there.  I will be calling my credit card company to see what can be done.  Sounds like contacting the BB would be good also.  Get enough complaints, they may get looked into more closely.

I dont think i can rate negative points. This is one of the FRUSTRATING experiences of my life. I ordered a camera through digital megastore on 4/18. I did not get an order confirmation email even on 4/22. Customer Service is closed all through Friday to Monday. This is the Fu**ing gay site i ever used in my life. I see my credit card is already charged but no response.

Please watch out...You will be frustrated like me if you look only at price. Stay away!!!

I ordered a Panasonic 23" LCD TV from digitalmegastore.com (through shopping.com). I called customer service immediately after the order and they confirmed the order and said the item is in stock and will be shipped in a couple of days. However, when three weeks passed, I called them again - this time I was told the item is not in stock. I canceled the order. However, two weeks passed and they didn't refund me the money. I had to call again to get the money refunded.

I must also mention that calling them is a huge pain. Every
time I called the automated system put me on hold for about
20 minutes. And the time when I called to cancel the order,
the customer service rep was extremely rude. For some reason
he wasn't able to hear me clearly - he started saying things
like "either your voice sucks or your phone sucks". Boy, I've never had such a bad experience with any store. I'm not going to digitalmegastore.com again.

Digital Megastore was great. The prices were very reasonable. They offered the lowest price that I could trust for my camcorder. The FEDEX shipping came quicker than the expected date and the camcorder is great.

Bought a Canon EOS 20d from this store two weeks back or so. The shop states this,

"Shop with confidence! All products we carry are factory sealed, complete with all factory supplied accessories, and a full manufacturers USA warranty."

However product was NOT sealed! Plastic protector films was NOT included! Warranty card was NOT filled out! and what more, it is NOT NEW at all! It is a refurbished item!!! The camera had shutter exposures already in them!

Overall, I would recommend people to spend a few more $$$ than buy from a store this low and shady. Definitely stay away from this store! do NOT recommend to anyone! Unfriendly customer support, AND fake third-party gurantees on right column.

Ordered online a Panasonic DMC-FX7K. Got an email that afternoon saying to call customer service to confirm the order. They gave a sales pitch on buying some accessories. I said no and they didn’t pressure. The item shipped the next day and they sent me a Fedex tracking number by email. I got the camera a day after that in great condition.

Ordered a camcorder at a great price, they called to confirm order on same day, asked if I was interested in accessories but no hard sell. Recieved camcroder 3 working days later. I highly recommend this company.

After searching the web found that this e-tailer had one of three lowest prices on a Canon Powershot S70 that I wanted. The next day a sales rep called to verify the order and to attempt to sell accessories. I declined the accessories and the sales rep (who said his name was Dave) was courteous and not pushy. The Canon Powershot S70 arrived and have had no problems with it.

I was initially concerned about ordering on-line for my Panasonic PV GS250 camcorder, but based on the other reviews, price and shipping cost, this was the best option. Very prompt service. Ordered it on a Friday and got item delivered by FedEx by the following Thursday, despite an intervening holiday, and shipment was from New York to Hawaii. Item was double boxed, and all accessories were included. I was also concerned this was a "grey market" item, but serial numbers on box and camcorder matched, and I had no problem registering the camcorder with Panasonic. My only problem was their "My Account" page on the status of my order did not work, but this was easily remedied by an email, and very prompt response the next day. I was very surprised that this was such a quick, easy, and problem free transaction.

1. I was called to confirm my order and was pushed (with unfriendly language) to buy accessories. I didn't give in.

I bought a Fujifilm Finepix S5100. When I finally got a working camera, I was very happy with the product. However, the first camera Digital Mega Store sent me was defective (as decided by Fujifilm - Digital Mega Store wouldn't talk to me until after I'd gotten that decree from Fujifilm). Despite having delivery confirmation in my hand (and I offered to fax it to Digital Mega Store), they denied receiving my return. After TEN calls to them in ten business days, the customer service rep was miraculously handed the package as we were on the phone. When I finally received a new camera, there was a Post-It note on the product box saying I was sent a new camera, but the accessories were from the original camera. That would be fine except that they neglected to included my lens cap. Four MONTHS and dozens of calls after initially placing my order, I still don't have the lens cap.

I ordered a washer and a dryer at a great price. I never got a ship confirmation email, and it took 2 emails and 2 phone calls to get any information. My emails and first phone call were not returned. Then, after I found out where it was, I had to proactively call and arrange the delivery. Finally, after delivery, it was a gas dryer, despite the fact that I specifically ordered an electric dryer and even discussed this difference with my account manager. I've called about the problem (twice), but of course I've not yet heard back.

It's nice to have an on-line retailer provide competitive pricing and actually deliver what they claim they have in stock. Digital Mega Store did a good, honest job selling me the camera I wanted and JUST the camera I wanted. No hard sell on over-priced accessories. No bait and switch. No merchandise that turns out to be out of stock (unlike some other sellers) when they can't sell you more than you want. THESE GUYS ARE GOOD AND HONEST in their sales. The camera was exactly as ordered (not gray-market stuff without a US warranty). It was shipped quickly and delivered within the promised time period. They provided package tracking information. The only thing less-than-perfect was the packing. The camera (within it's carton) was simply placed in a cardboard box with one inflated bag. This was a bit minimal and could rattle around the shipping box. I would have included more cushioning material. That said, it still arrived in good condition with all parts working. In short, this was a very good experience.

I ordered a LCD television. The store offered a 150$ rebate. When I received the TV, from the box was missing the bar code, needed to get the rebate. Called the customer service five times and every time I received different answers. Finally they told me that they had the bar code and I should receive it by mail in a few days... never received. Called again and another story... This is a FRAUD. Terrible experience.

I purchased a Nikon 8800 along with some accessories Digital Mega Store promoted. The accessories were ill compatible with the Nikon, the filter adapter produced marked vignetting, the filters were cheap generic, the camera case was too small for the camera, the 1 gig flash card was NOT recommended for use by Nikon and the cleaning kit leaked. After numerous calls and emails I got a refund on those items but NOT the refund I was entitled to. I would NEVER do business with them again!!!

I was worried about the pile of bad reviews many of the New York internet electronics places had received. It looked like DM was generally OK though so I bit the bullet and called their 800 number to order (I dont put my C/C data on the net). They were up to $ 50.00 cheaper than several other internet suppliers and over $ 100 cheaper than Walmart..you know what they say "if it sounds too good to be true...and No, I didnt want a remanufactured unit! It was a smooth process and in 5 minutes my order was completed..they said "It was in stock" although many do but DONT have the goods. I asked for the cheapest ground Fedex and was told 7-10 days. I kept my fingers crossed that I would get, unlike some others, the complete kit in the box with all factory supplied accessories and the US warranty (not some grey market job from Singapore) I need that US/mfg. warranty card as there is a $ 50.00 rebate available now.
