The television set I ordered did not operate at all when it arrived. Merchant (digitalmegastore.com) claims no responsible to replace or repair it, and referred me to Panasonic who, in turn, referred me to one of their service reps. The estimated time for repair (if it can be repaired) is over two weeks. Some purchase! It is more Panasonic's fault and I intend to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. If one purchases a new TV they are entitled to receive one in operating order!

They were out of stock on an item I wanted. But they sent me an email as soon as it was in. To my surprise they shipped it the same day of order. That's very good.
