Accessories for this digital camera (extra batteries) not listed on the website. Response to email inquiries about availabitly slow and ignored the question of price; batteries were purchased elsewhere before the response was received. The merchandise arrived damaged. After initially advising by email that replacement would take approximately one week, the merchant failed to act or respond to further communication from me. Federal Express advised me that they denied the claim by the shipper (DigitalMegaStore) because of their failure to provide information. I have disputed the charge with the credit card company and the decision is pending.
