The experience with Dreamtime was fine. They initially sent the wrong item but I emailed them and they corrected it right away and made the return easy.

Today is August 22. My credit card was charged for the diaper stacker on August 5. It takes 17 days (more, really, since I haven't gotten the product) to deliver a diaper stacker???

I placed an order online for 2 Hello Kitty Window Valances and a Hello Kitty wall hanging. I gave a credit card number for the totat. I have received the two window valances but haven't received the wall hanging. I sent and email and asked for an explanation. This has been more than a week and I haven't gotten a response as of yet. I will have to make a phone call and possibly dispute with my credit card company. If they will make this right, I will CONSIDER shopping with them again in the future. As of right now, NO WAY!

They did not send me an email or confirmation tracking number when the merchandise was shipped. Tried calling the company repeatedly before talking to an actual person. That person gave a tracking number and we did not have any problems beyond that.

It was absolutely horrible! It took 5 weeks to receive and I was told it would take 2-3. The first two times I spoke to Customer Service trying to find out when it would be shipped, I spoke to someone that was rude and no help. It took 2 weeks to be shipped out. Then, I only received 3 of the 8 items and tried to call again. I could not reach anyone for a week. I sent 2 emails and left 3 messages. Afraid the company had gone under, I called as if I wanted to place an order and finally someone picked up. Turns up, some items were on backorder even though I was first told they were not. I went with Dreamtime Baby because they were a little cheaper, but I would have MUCH rather paid more and not have had to deal with all that mess!!

I ordered a Peg Perego infant car seat on 5/04/06. My credit card was charged for the car seat, along with the shipping fee.(the car seat was listed as free shipping). They then voided the sale on my credit card, for unknown reasons, and put my order on hold. When I finally got in contact with customer service,(at baby universe) to cancel my order, my card was charged again. I've been trying to contact them for days via phone, and e-mail, still no response, or car seat. Since then, I've purchased this item elsewhere. Do not order from this company ever!!!!!!!!

The website was easy to use and they had the products I was looking for at a good price. However, it was only after I submitted my payment information and accepted the order that I was told delivery was going to take 2-3 weeks! I ordered three items and was notified that 2 were shipping and had to contact customer service to find out where the other item was, as my shipping notice did not say. The service staff did respond quickly and that was nice, but when I got the first part of the shipment, it was wrong! This is frustrating...I still haven't received the second half of my order or any notice that it has shipped. I ordered these items 3 weeks ago.

It's okay. The lack of feedback and email confirmations of shipping made me nervous. The link to the FEDEX tracking number didn't show delivery progress accurately.
I'd rather buy closer to home, next time.

I ordered 2 Zanibar crib sets and all the Zanibar accessories. I was contacted by phone and email asking me if I wanted to wait for shipment for one item on backorder(I chose to wait). I recieved very courteous service. The items were packaged very well.These sets are gifts and I'm not going to start opening and inspecting them but as far as I can tell everything looks fine.It was a pleasure doing business with Dreamtime baby and I will shop with this company in the future.
