I have never had such a difficult time ordering products online. I ordered 5 items, and of these items: 1 was damaged, 1 was the incorrect item, 1 was incomplete (1 bottle instead of 2), 1 was backordered (and they didn't tell me - I had to call several times to find out the status), and 1 was fine. After several long phone calls to attempt to correct their errors to no avail, I canceled the whole order. They charged me for the whole order (even the backordered and missing items), and I have been waiting 2 weeks for a credit to my account. Customer service manager Dave Gachette provided me with excuses of their bureaucratic process and reasons they can't issue me a credit immediately. DON'T SHOP HERE.

I ordered a second roll of wall border and a pillow from Dreamtime Baby for my baby's nursery and it took over 2 months for them to send it (and it wasn't out of stock - I got it in less than a week from another vendor). I had the hardest time getting ahold of customer service to do anything about it. It was so difficult to speak to someone that I started to think it was some kind of shopping scam web site I purchased from or that it was a legit company that went out of business! I won't trust purchases for my baby with them again.
I ordered the ABC crib bedding set from Dreamtime Baby recently and was very impressed with both the price and speed of delivery. The crib set was priced $40 cheaper than anywhere else on the web, and it showed up on my doorstep in just under two weeks. Since ordering the crib set, I have ordered from them twice more and have been equally impressed with speed of delivery, accuracy of order, and customer service. I would highly recommend this merchant!
Horrible experience. I will not shop here again. I ordered the Kwik Cabana sun tent on a Friday, by the next Friday I still hadn't gotten a shipping confirmation email so I called customer service. After waiting for 31 minutes to talk to a person, I find out that my order isn't even processed yet and that I MIGHT have my order within a week. Unacceptable. Now I know why the products are cheap and shipping is free. I cancelled my order with Dreamtime Baby and ordered the same tent at another online store. I ordered it at 6:30 p.m. and it was shipped later that same night. There's no reason why you should have to wait 2 weeks for an in-stock item when ordering online.

Merchandise arrived on time. It was a crib set that was not exactly what I envisioned. I decided to return it, but you need to receive authorization for returns. This is where the trouble began. I called and emailed for WEEKS!! The email response was automated and told me to call for a quick, prompt response. I couldn't get a person on the line. I received the same all operators are busy message. After being on hold for so long, it allowed me to leave a message. I left message after message. This went on until the 60 return period nearly expired, so I deputed the charges with my credit card. I showed them the emails and the log of my phone calls and they finally credited me back for the charges!!!

Watch out for this one. I ordered a car seat that was supposedly in stock and would ship within 48 hours. It never showed up on their tracking despite the fact that they e-mailed me a link. I called their customer service number 3 times and each time got a message saying the wait time would be 22 minutes. On the fifth day after ordering I finally waited over 30 minutes to get a real person and was told my seat was back-ordered to December. I never got any other notice from them regarding the back-order, but even worse was that they had already charged my credit card and wouldn't even have a seat to ship for more than a month. Given that it was too hard to contact them for updates, etc. and that I didn't want to pay for a seat a month before I got it, I cancelled the order and bought from someone that answered their phone.

I'm impressed with the selection, prices, and GREAT customer service! I sent an email and left a phone message and someone returned the call right away. Service rep. was able to answer all of my questions, and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I originally went with Dreamtime Baby to purchase a gift, and ended up buying a carseat for myself, too. I would definitely shop here again!

Stay away. Unethical, sneaky total cost - when I clicked order, it was more than expected due to different shipping cost. I bought at target and saved. That wasn't the only advantage.
Dreamtime Baby was awesome!!! I ordered the Britax Marathon in Mariposa on Sunday night and installed it in my car the following Thursday...only four days later! Not to mention that between the free shipping, the sale price, no tax, and a discount code applied at checkout, I saved over $65 from the retail price. I will definitely be shopping there in the future!

I chose to order the Britax Marathon car seat from DreamTime because it offered a quick delivery. Two days later, I received an email from DreamTime stating the car seat was on back order for another 2 weeks (mid-January) which was still ok. A week later, I received yet another email stating the car seat would be on back order til mid February!!! This was totally unacceptable. The website stated the car seat was in stock..this obviously was a ploy. I would never order from them again. Something like a car seat is time sensitive. My son would grow out of one by the time they would actually deliver one!!!

I ordered it on Thursday and it was on my door step on Saturday.We were at a funeral all day so it sat out their to the world in the box with Britax Marathon written all over it. Glad we have honest neighbors!
Ordered on line it was easy and quick also. I think their web site is easy to manuver. I have not delt with customer service so my rating in that particular area is not much help.
AWFUL!!!! I ordered a Sprinkles the Elephant Comfy Cozy by Baby Gund and was shipped the WRONG item. When I tried to resolve the issue, I could NEVER talk to anybody. That was until I pressed the option to place an order. Then I was immediately connected to a CSR. But, he was so RUDE and did not help me at all. He told me he would call me back when he could find my order. I still haven't heard from him or anyone else from this company.

I ordered a car seat from Dreamtime, and at first everything appeared to go smoothly. Then I after I was unable to track my order, I got my first "your product is back-ordered" email. After the third back-ordered email, I began to get worried. They were able to successfully charge my credit card within 48 hours though... even though they didn't have my order fulfilled.
Once I saw their advertisement on-line that they will ship ALL car seats within 48 hours, I decided I had had enough, and cancelled my order.
I think it's terrible that they claim to have products in stock, and even run sales on those products only to have the order delayed by a month. I could have probably dealt with this mess if they hadn't charged my credit card RIGHT away and then advertised a wonderful (yet COMPLETELY) untrue on-line advertisement of a 48 hour shipping service.
I would never order from this site nor recommend it to anyone ever!
My wife and I ordered a diaper bag from Dreamtime baby. We expected a typical 1 or 2 day delay until it was shipped. It wasn't until the order was accepted that we saw that it would take several weeks to be shipped. We still don't have this bag.
I have not enjoyed my experience with them I ordered 3 products received one 2 weeks ago and have since emailed twice and called and left a voice mail once and have yet to receive any response, I am about to call my credit card company and have the charges put in dispute if I dont hear from them! The website was very user friendly, ordering online was fast and efficient. Customer service was very good, everytime I called to check on the status of my order, or if I had any questions, they were very responsive and helpful. Although the items I ordered had a fast "2 week delivery" posted on them, I didn't really get the items in 2 weeks, I got them in 2 weeks, 2 days later. It's just 2 days later so it wasn't that much of a problem. Also more importantly, no other website, or baby store, had the items I ordered at the price Dreamtime Baby had them listed for. I would definitely shop at Dreamtime Baby and would recommend the site to my fellow Mom friends. Read more

It was impossible to track the shipment. UPS didn't have it on their system, and there is no way to reach DreamTime Baby.
They need to upgrade their tracking system, so customers can track it through the entire process including shipping. Read more

The prices were excellent, however my item was on back order. No one informed me of the back order so I did not receive my product when I expected it. In the future I would appreciate an email or call to notify me of any back orders. I am still waiting to receive my order however I did receive an email that it should be here this week. I had a problem with the product I received, and there was no invoice in the box for me to return the product for an exchange. I ordered pink block letters for a kids room and one of the letters I received was blue and there was no way to return the product or contact the copmpany. I ended up having to paint the letter to match the other ones received, and this was disappointing. I ordered them already painted so I did not have to do that.
