I order a Britax Boulevard from them. They said it would ship from the manufacturer within one weeks time fair enough. Well about 5 days later they charged my credit card but no shipping tracking number. After three weeks of when I placed the order I finally got fed up and called to find out why I haven't received the seat. Come to find out they charged my card despite knowing they were back ordered by about two months. Terrible, Terrible, customer relations policy. I was upset that I was out $240 and no seat for at least another 5-6 weeks. Don't buy from them. They aren't worth the low prices they advertise. They take your money even when they don't have the product available for months from the placed order. Hopefully my refund comes through since it has been 24 hours and still haven't heard from them. I got fed up and went to Babies R Us. They have plenty of Boulevards in stock.

Ordered a Valco Runabout Tri-mode stroller via the Internet. Should have read the other reviews first. The offer of free shipping is sneaky -- you have to click on a small notice to get a special code to enter before you order. If you do not do this, you get charged full shipping but you are not told this until after the the order is placed. Hoping for a better delivery experience.

The delivery time, order accuracy, and customer service were excellent from Dreamtime Baby. My Britax marathon car seat arrived within days of placing the order via the internet, the order was correct, and their customer service representative promptly returned my phone call the same day. I was completely satisfied and would gladly do business with Dreamtime Baby again.

Stay away from this scam of a company! I ordered $300 in bedding over a month ago. I emailed and called trying to find out the status of my order. I think there is ONE man who works there and answers the phone "hello"!! I was told my order was being put together and would ship. Well, two weeks later I get ONE item from my order and it was damaged!! I'm told Fed Ex will be calling to schedule a pick up and of course that hasn't happened. The rest of my order still hasn't shipped. I think they get things secondhand and damaged! I have the charge on dispute with my credit card company and I have a baby on the way with no nursery items to do my nursery. It's very upsetting!

DO NOT ORDER FROM DREAMTIME BABY!

I ordered a twin bed set for my daughter. Had to wait two months because they were "waiting for a pillow case"!!!!!!
Tnen when I finally received the order for the twin bedding, Dreamtime Baby sent me a CRIB RUFFLE?!

Called customer service numerous times...the wait was insane to talk to a rep. The representative of Dreamtime Baby was nice enough, and said she would put out a request for a twin dust ruffle, and send me a return form for the crib ruffle.

It gets better...weeks go by...nothing. I called and emailed to find out the status of my order, plus my request for a refund form. I HAVEN'T HEARD A THING FROM THIS COMPANY!

MOMS---DADS--- STAY AWAY FROM DREAMTIME BABY!!!!!!

Terrible. My order came in a timely manner, but it was all downhill from there. I opened it and discovered it wasn't really what I was looking for, so I decided to return it. I used both e-mail and phone to contact them to do so, but it took more than the 60 days I had to return it to actually contact someone. Then, I immediately sent the package back. This was on June 26. Today I received an e-mail stating that they gave out a Return Authorization number on June 26 but never received the return. I'm out $85 plus the $20 it cost in postage to send the package back. This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering something online.

This merchant was extremely disappointing. I ordered a Britax car seat and heard nothing from Dreamtime Baby other than a confirmation email. I sent an email requesting status of my order after ten days and never received an email back. I then called and was on hold for twenty-five minutes. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told the item was on backorder (was not previously informed of this) and it would be another three weeks before I would get the car seat. I called the next day to cancel my order and their after hours service answered and they could only send a message to Dreamtime Baby with my request. I then called the next day to confirm that my order was canceled and I was on hold for twenty minutes. My credit card had already been charged and now I have to wait for a refund. In short, their hold times are ridiculous, they operate on East coast time only until six o'clock, and I should have been informed the item was backordered.

My experience with this vendor was extremely poor. The items were on back order and some never arrived. I ended up cancelling the order and have been waiting over two months for a credit. My order qualified for free shipping and the merchant went back and charged me for shipping after I placed my order. Customer service has not been very helpful. They only take care of one or two of the issues when I call, but never take care of all issues. I even sent an email to the president in response to an email I received requesting customer feedback. I never received a response.

I ordered an item back in January.... its now the end of March and its still on back order. Meanwhile, I found the same exact item at Target - and its in stock. I would have thought a baby store would get high priority on shipments over Target, but apparently not. I ordered the item from Target and it was here in 7 days... not over 2 months and counting.

I ordered my baby's bedding from Dreamtime Baby on 6-26-06. My bank paid them on that Friday 6-30-06. I have tried to call and email them in regards to when I might receive the merchandise and have not spoken to anyone nor have they returned any of my calls. I will keep you posted as to IF I receive my merchandise!

This company is not registered with the Better Business Bureau due to non-renewal, their business license is expired,the 310 exchange is no longer in service, and they do not return calls, emails or fax. If you notice the positive feedback from this company is mostly from 2003 and the negative feedback is from 2005 until now!!! I would be willing to bet it is new owners! I ordered close to $400 worth of bedding however the site showed no order history for me nor could they track my order. I had to go to my bank to dispute this transaction due to no communication from Dreamtime Baby! Pay full price at a retail store and save yourself the headache!!

This place is a total JOKE!! We're expecting a baby in two weeks and we ordered a complete crib bedding set back in April. It finally arrived but the wall border wasn't with it. They said it was on back order. Well now it's mid July and still no item. I called to check on the status last week and this kid answered the phone by saying "Hello". It took him forever to even find my order in the system and then some other guy came on the line and LIED to me. He told me last week that it would be sent by 3 day air and it still hasn't arrived!!!! Something is seriously wrong with this company. Psychopathic clowns are running it!! If you love waiting, being lied to, and have money to burn, then they're for you.

I tried to order a car seat adaater for a Bugaboo Frog from Dreamtime Baby. What they don't tell you up front, is that most orders take 2 to 6 weeks to ship. You find this out after you get the confirmation screen. Unlike most shops, Dreamtime Baby charges your card IMMEDIATELY as opposed to when the item actually ships. This is bad business in my opinion.

I was able to find the part at a local dealer who had several in stock and for a few bucks less. So when I tried to cancel the order, I was sent directly to "your call is important to us" hell. After 11 minutes, you are dumped to voicemail regardless, so you have to call back. The best part is that NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK! Right now I'm looking at disputing the charges and this seems like it's the only way to get their attention. Save yourself the hassle and don't order from such an inept online store.

I ordered a crib set and an extra crib sheet at the beginning of April. The crib set arrived with no problem however the crib sheet was on back order. It was supposed to arrive 2-3 weeks later. It is now the end of July and I can't get anyone from Dreamtime baby on the phone. I e-mailed them and there was no response. When I call their customer service line I am on hold until it finally makes me leave a message which is not returned. Don't order from them!

did not list the item as out of stock on website when I purchased it, 2 days later received email, another week later received another email that is was an even longer delay, almost a monoth later...still no carseat!

Very happy with their selection and stock on hand. They also shipped my items in a timely manner. they offered free shipping with purchases over 100.00 - even without the free shipping, shipping would have been a very reasonable 8.00 per item.

Ordering the items an line was very easy. I became concerned when I received no tracking number with my order and received 1/2 my order in a week. I received no follow-up email to tell me when I would have the rest. I called and they gave me an expected date on the rest of the order which was 3-4 weeks after the order was placed. I called again and they informed me the last of the order would take another week. Customer service over the phone were excellent. When I emailed in I received nothing.

All three items I recieved were damaged in shipping. I am still waiting over two weeks later after recieving the items for the replacement parts. Dreamtime baby's customer service in one week after delivery had not even spoken to the manufacturer, so we finally did. Since Storkcraft never "opened" an e-mail sent by Dreamtime, we were waiting in vain for the products. We are extremeemly unhappy with the entire experience and do not plan on ever using your company again. Also, I ordered a wall border and waited nealy two months to recieve it from the manufacturer. I recieved ONE CALL from Dreamtime stating that it would be delivered w/in the two week time frame, however, I waited weeks more and called your business to find that it would take an additional month. A courtesy call would have been appreciated.

When I called to place my order, I inquired about the color of the legs extention kit, since I needed it to math my sage Mini-Cosleeper, and the kit for sale on the web page said that it was blue and it will not give me more specifications. The C.S. lady said she will find out if there was a sage kit available, she never call back. I called again giving the information to another lady from customer service, she said the first person that took care of me will call me back," I am still waiting for her call". I did received the kit within 4 days of placing my order but it was beige and it did not match the Co-sleeper like it was supposed to, color wise and perfect fit, shape wise. I decided to keep it due to the need of lifting up my baby's crib so that we both can be more comfortable and I did not succeed in contacting Arm"s Reach directly, the internet will always bounce me back to your page.I do think that customer service attendants need a better training or supervision, so that you can have less dessapointed customers or to keep you from losing bussiness which I am sure is your goal.I do not remember their names or codes but my order # is 218194 if that will help you to track the C.S.attendants and make it better. Thanks.

I ordered my stuff 3 wks ago today and I have only received the lampshade and that is only because it was a mistake. I got someone elses order. After calling Dreamtime and being on hold for a hour I was told to keep the lampshade and my wallborder would be on the way. A couple of days later I was told that it was on back order and still to this day no one can tell me when I will recieve my wall border. I will never shop with this company ever again and the only reason I am still waiting for my wall border and have not canceled the order is because Dreamtime is the only place that carries it. They has also done nothing to try and help me out, gee I cant even get an update on the status.

I called after placing the order to expidite shipping because the web site suggested it could take as much as two weeks. I was told it would ship the next working day and would only take 2-3 business days to arrive. Hooray - my grandson has his new stroller/jogger and his mom is very happy with it too. Unfortunately the items did not arrive in good condition. Part of the lamp was broken and I'm still waiting to hear from the company about what they're going to do about it. Also the frames for the pictures were banged up and the shelf was cracked and a large paint chip had come off.

I have not yet received the order I placed with this company. Part of my order was out of stock. It took three weeks for me to receive this information, and be informed of when the items would actually become available. They offered to ship the items that were in stock now, but at an additional charge. I don't feel like the consumer should have to pay extra to receive the items as they come available.
